I wanted to put in writing my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exemplary service that was performed by your company, executed by your technician who unfortunately I have forgotten his name. I called both you and your partner around 6:00 am on Super Bowl Sunday. I learned that both of you were at a conference in Houston, Texas. On one of the coldest days of the year up to that point, (the temperature in the house was 48 degrees) you said “we’ll try our best to help you out”.

From Houston, TX you called, had someone open the office here and get keys to the right truck and your technician was at my house within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem and stayed to be sure it was fixed properly. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that type of service. I was expecting at best the problem to be fixed on Monday. I was making arrangements to move my family and pets to a relative’s house. Instead I was able to watch my Bears lose the Super Bowl in the comfort of my own home.

I have always received wonderful service in the past, but this time you went beyond expectations. My thanks to you and all in your organization who assisted in this situation.

Joey Link, Service Manager with the Louisville office of Aire Serv was a godsend this evening. I have a home warranty and my heat went out tonight. I called the company three times over the space of three hours and kept being told "we're trying to get someone out there." I called Aire Serv and Joey called me back. He offered to come out AND to talk to my warranty company to make sure that we would get it covered as a warranty service. He explained the repair in detail and even offered some information about a previous repair I just had. Throughout he was extremely courteous even though it was midnight on a 15 degree evening. Joey is a credit to your company and his profession. I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the service he provided. He made an awful night end on a great note.

Carl & I simply wanted to thank you for the prompt service you gave us concerning our rental property. It was quite impressive that your guys were able to install the complete unit is such a short period of time.

No doubt, our renter is very, very appreciative to have cool air once again.

Also, the worker that you have, John, does an outstanding job as well. He is always so very polite and very cautious to be neat when entering our home. And, he does extremely well in addressing any questions that we may have about the unit.

My wife and I purchased a condominium and the heater failed to meet our expectations during the last week in January, with temperatures falling to 55 degrees at night.
