Keelee Johns Joins Aire Serv of Coastal Carolina

— Aire Serv of Coastal Carolina, a global franchise organization providing installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems, today announces that one new member has joined the Aire Serv team. Keelee Johns is the new Training Specialist and Human Resources Manager. Keelee assumed the position in October 2019. She is very excited to have the opportunity to help Aire Serv of Coastal Carolina’s growth in Wilmington. Keelee has experience in customer service but her true passion is in human resources. She has a B.S. in Human Resource Management and in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.Prior to coming on board with Aire Serv, Keelee was a Corporate Trainer with Chick-Fil-A for 5 years, where she was in charge of training new hires, creating training plans for employees, and overseeing new teams.Rich Watson, co-owner, said, “Keelee’s knowledge of training on a corporate level made her an ideal candidate for an expanding franchise like Aire Serv of Coastal Carolina. She has been a great asset so far and Aire Serv is lucky to have her on staff.”

Aire Serv of Coastal Carolina is on track to add at least six new technicians in 2020. They have been providing local heating and air services to the Wilmington, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas since 2011.
