  • “Mitchell Acosta, an AIRESERV tech from Aireserv's Henderson NV location just completed the installation of an LG Mini-Split system for our addition. He was fast, courteous and professional. There were a few challenges as we are using foam insulation and that makes it more difficult to move the piping around to make the necessary in-wall connections. Mitchell did an excellent job and was easy to work with as he completed the installation. I highly recommend both Aireserv and Mitchell in particular.”

  • “Recently I left a review that was less than 5 stars for AireServe (I can't find it below) because I thought the install technicians had ruined a significant section of my laminate flooring. I want to retract that review since Jeremy came today to evaluate the problem. What I thought to be scratches and scrapes on my floor turned out to be adhesive marks from the "red carpet" (plastic protector) they use where they walk and work. The adhesive had made realistic imprints of ladder and shoe marks, and not real scratches at all! Jeremy was able to rub out the marks with alcohol, cotton and elbow grease. My floors have not been damaged after all! Thank you, AireServe for responding to my previous complaint.”

  • “When the AireServe rep, Charlie, came to inspect my old AC, he found that the Freon was leaking. Charlie seemed very knowledgeable and helpful when we discussed my options at this point. I opted to buy a new AC. He also helped me get a financial plan with GreenSky so that this large purchase would be affordable for me. The technicians set up an install date, and did everything on time. They no doubt know their profession, and the AC is working fine. But I do have one complaint about their service: They damaged my laminate wood floor in the hallway where they were working. Laminate is not as sturdy as real hardwood, but looks very nice if well cared for. After everything was finished, I discovered that what I thought was a lot of dirt was actually scrapes, scratches and gouges in my floor. Of course these can't be "sanded out" and refinished like hardwood. So now I am looking at ugly marks in my previously beautiful floor.”

  • “Leak in attic in the garage led me to find that the furnace was leaking and entire air conditioning system needed to be replaced. Having had great experience with Aire Serve a couple of years ago when the system stopped working while I was out of town and they had checked and fixed problem for very reasonable fee. Now that the entire system needed replacement I called them for my second quote, clear terms noted on work order helped me decide to go with them for this costly home expense ($7495.00). Service men came a hour earlier than promised and worked 8 hours straight. Kept me informed of what was going on, friendly courteous and hard working. The system is working great and included a new thermostat bringing me into the 20th century (original system was still in house from 20 years ago). Love being able to schedule temperatures on smart phone etc and system working quietly and efficiently. Had a question on type of system installed when looking at warrantee book and called the next day. Manager who had came out to give me the quote answered phone immediately and I had a certificate explaining the system in my email within minutes. Very pleased with the entire process. It is a very large expense so being able to trust the company for future as well as the actual placement is important to me. Highly recommended”
