  • “I have been using Aire Serve of Manassas for approximately 10 years. I had a maintenance plan with them while I was in my first house and transferred it to my current house. When my mother-in-law needed a new system for her townhouse, my first call went to Aire Serve. I've had different techs come to my house over the years but my "go to" tech is Jason. I've found that with the outstanding documentation that Aire Serve does during routine maintenance checks and repairs, Jason knows my system inside out. I was surprised when I had my winter furnace check up, Jason had another tech, Skyler, with him. It didn't take long to realize that while Jason was Skyler's mentor, Skyler showed me enough competence that I now I have a "back up tech" in mind in case Jason is tied up. I like to be there with the tech when they are working on my system; this way I get a little education and also some knowledge how to spot issues before things get out of hand. Jason has always been patient with me looking over his shoulder and takes the time to explain what he's doing, why he's doing it, and what I should be doing/looking for as a homeowner. Since I've been in my current home, I've had to go through the builder to get warranty work done on my HVAC system which has required me to use their company of choice (not Aire Serve). While it would be easier just to use their company and stick with them, the superior quality of service provided by Aire Serve convinced me that I will go through the trouble of juggling two companies when I need to. I will admit that there have been times when using two companies has caused things not to go as well as planned or I when I've had the occasion when a different Aire Serve tech didn't quite live up to expectations. During those other than optimal occasions, Joe and Michele in the main office have always bent over backwards to make things right. Customer service of that caliber is hard to come by; that's why I use Aire Serve of Manassas.”

  • “Our outdoor unit had not been operating properly. We made an appointment for Monday January 16, 2017between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. At 1:00pm we received a call from Mr. Ryan Kemp. He said he would be at our home by 1:30pm. He arrived right on time. Ryan was able to quickly diagnose the problem, recommend a repair, and complete the repair all within 1 hour. Ryan was very professional and courteous. It was because of Ryan as well as the great service we have received from AireServ in the past that we also decided to again sign up for the annual service contract.”

Not the normal furnace/AC tech lingo that you need an advanced gree to figure out. He also took picture and drew sketches to help me visualize things, which was very helpful.   • “Ryan Kemp was out today - for a gas smell that only seemed to be random but noticeable to a sensitive nose - he did find that the furnace for our sale room (which is used very seldom and kept at a low temp. in winter) was short cycling. He explained that the flame sensor was dirty/compromised etc. in his notes. He is always very professional and pleasant.”

  • “The young man that came to service my HVAC was very polite and professional. He addressed me as "yes mam and no mam". Ryan Kemp asked questions about the unit and also explained how he was going to run the diagnostics first, which is the first step in servicing the unit. Ryan also explained the payment system with explanation of the $99 diagnostic fee, versus if more was needed to correct the problem, that the fee of $99 would be waived in place of the more expensive fees. Very nice young man. Good for Aire Serv. Thank you for having such a strong team!”
