Our furnace broke down around Christmas, and the tech was at our home to fix the problem less than an hour later. In mid January, they installed a new furnace for us. They were respectful of our home, professional, and great to work with. They explained all of our options, and helped us pick out the right heating system for our needs. They were very understanding and called to reschedule when I was near my computer. The day of the service, the tech called to say he was running late. He then called to let me know he was on the way and asked if I needed anything from the store. What an unexpected pleasure! Ryan, the tech, was very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained the delay in his arrival and taught me the difference in types of filters and their performance. He brought along a trainee and explained his presence. We both forgot he turned the thermostat clear down to make sure it was OK. I had an overnight guest who slept downstairs. Let's just say he was completely chilled the next am. Ha! Thanks for everything! Good job from scheduling to finish! PS: I bought my service at a Chamber event where Aire Serv donated a portion of each appointment that night to the Quincy Hospitality House. What a great thing for the community!”

  • “The tech (Mike) who came to service our A/C could not have been more courteous and helpful, while he performed the tuneup so efficiently. He offered to use the company's water hose to use on the A/C unit, but I offered ours, since it was already out and uncoiled. I'd bought a new nozzle but couldn't get the old one off, so he did that for me. When he was finished, he coiled up the hose even though I told him he needn't bother, since I'd left it a mess in the first place. He helped to reset our programmable thermostat, which has been something of a mystery to me since we bought our house last fall. He explained everything very clearly, and answered all my questions quite kindly. Like the first time the guys from Aire Serv came to service our furnace, I was so impressed with the great customer service these guys provide...they get the job done thoroughly and efficiently, but it's as if we were the only customer they have that day. Mike explained where we could make some improvements down the road, but without any pressure to buy it NOW NOW NOW. I really appreciated that. I recommend Aire Serv any time someone mentions heating & air issues. From owner to support staff to techs, these folks are wonderful.”

  • “I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that our AC system is doing it job! We are staying cool AND we have seen a reduction in our utility bill in comparison to last year. That also includes an 11% increase from our friendly power company. I can set the thermostat on 75 and the house will actually reach 75 degrees! On a hot day (we haven't had a steady amount of them yet),but the unit turns off and on instead of running non-stop and never reaching temperature. There is still a small disparity between the temperature in the rest of the house and that living room addition, but nothing like was it used to be and barely noticeable. Bottom line, we can sit in our living room and be cool without an ugly window unit sticking out of our living room window.”

  • “Our experience started in December 2013. Our furnace was acting up and nobody could come over for several hours. Wife called Aire Serv based on the local business was owned and operated by a member of our church. Ryan came to our rescue in short order, answered all my dumb questions (humored me) and got the furnace up and running!!! Thanks!!! Recommended we replace the dinosaur but we couldn't afford it at the time. One year and one month later it dies again. Mike comes over diagnoses the problem and offers the tune-up. Sure, go for it. During the tune-up he finds the heat exchanger is cracked and disables the furnace for our own good. Thanks bud. He leaves us with three electric heaters to use to keep the pipes from freezing. WOW!! Same Sunday afternoon Curtis comes by to give us an estimate on HVAC replacement, he's sick and I'm guessing would probably rather be home. We agree on a replacement system. Monday morning before the finance papers are signed the system is ordered and Monday afternoon we have partial heat. Tuesday three employees spent all or most of 11 hours completing the install. Dave comes by to ink the service order (already under way) and collect down payment. This type of service is why we and anybody who will listen to us will always be customers of Aire Serv. Aire Serv has done an excellent job of correcting the mistakes and improving the performance of the system as much as possible without replacing it. Aire Serv's work to fix these issues has cut our electric bills in half ($425/mo to $208/mo). Maintenance by Aire Serv is done very well and they have been quick to respond and fix problems too.   • “I could never say enough about my experience with Aire Serv of Quincy. From the beginning I felt like this was a company I could trust. The code of values that is printed on the back of their business cards sums it up nicely. Just talk to them for a minute and you will see that they hold true to those values. Aire Serv took a very long and frustrating situation for me and turned it around, quite literally, the moment I called them on the phone. Just a little background. I had a new system put in Oct. of 2013 by another company. Lets just say I did not get what I thought I was paying for. I contacted the the installer to discuss my options. They came to my home three times over the period of a couple of months without a solution in sight. Ultimately I asked for a quote to replace the system they just put in. I waited a week and a half for the other guy to show me anything, then decided to call Aire Serv. Dave was at my door that day, sat down with me to learn about my situation. He tried to save me money by letting him service the system, but I wasn't having that. I wanted it all gone. He then proceeded to go to work. I had a full load calculation and a quote the next day, to do as I requested, replace everything. At this point I'm still waiting on the other guy. We came to an agreement on the cost. We set up an installation date for the following Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and I’m still waiting on the other guy. Aire Serv shows up and my troubles were finally over. Their customer service was as they claimed. The quality of their workmanship was impeccable. They had me up and running that same day. They came back the following day to follow up and double check everything to make sure I was completely happy with everything. The bar has been set high for the next guy... Who am I kidding, there won't be a next guy... They showed loyalty to me and I will in turn do the same. I would highly recommend them to anyone!”
