Carlos and Gina DeHoyos are the owners of Aire Serv of Longview. They have a personal mission to serve their community through providing quality and trustworthy air conditioning services to their community, while following a Code of Values including respect, integrity, and customer focus, all while having fun in the process!

Carlos is a native of Longview and has worked extensively in the HVAC and plumbing industries, starting out working for his father’s mechanical contracting business when he was 15 years old. Carlos attended TSTC in Waco, earning his Associate’s degree in Air Conditioning Technology. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. Carlos holds a Responsible Master Plumber’s License with the State of Texas and holds an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration license with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

Carlos was appointed by Governor Rick Perry in 2010 to serve on the State of Texas Plumbing Board in the Plumbing Contractor Position, where he continues to serve to date. He volunteers and/or supports various organizations serving the Longview area, such as the American Cancer Society, Junior Achievement, the American Heart Association and Keeping Longview Beautiful.

Gina is also a native of the Longview area, and has worked in the accounting and internal audit fields for the past 15 years. She serves in various capacities for Aire Serv. Gina attended Texas A&M University, where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. She holds a Certified Public Accountant license from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. She is the owner of Gina G. DeHoyos, CPA, PLLC.

Gina has a passion for serving her community, and has served and volunteered for many organizations in Longview and East Texas. She was president of the East Texas Chapter of TSCPA, serving on the East Texas Chapter board for 8 years and the State Board of the TSCPA. She is past chairman of the Cattle Baron’s Ball of Longview, benefitting the American Cancer Society. She is currently on the boards of Legacy Longview, the United Way, and Artsview Children’s Theatre. She has served in the past on the boards of the Junior League of Longview, Leadership Tyler, the Red Cross, and various other organizations.

Gina and Carlos have 2 children and have resided in Liberty City, TX for the past 13 years. They attend Liberty City Baptist Church, and they enjoy RVing with their family, playing golf, and cooking out.

Kristen Walker - Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher. Kristen has been in the customer service industry for 9 years. She enjoys helping others and likes to make a positive difference in those she comes into contact with. Kristen obtained her Associates in Business in 2013, her Bachelors of Human Resource Management in 2016. Kristen is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resource Management and plans to graduate in 2018 from Grand Canyon University. She is married with two young boys and is an active member of Summit Heights Fellowship in Hawkins. Her hobbies include spending time with family, anything outdoors (especially fishing), cooking, baking and reading.

Roger Willis - Lead Technician and Home Comfort Designer. Roger has been in the HVAC industry for over 19 years and has extensive knowledge in many types of industrial work. He attended Alabama Power School where he first became HVAC certified. He has been happily married for 19 years and they have three boys. He is an active member of Pathway Church of Longview. Roger has many hobbies that he likes to attend to in his free time including kayaking in rivers, camping, hiking, photography, playing the guitar and the drums, and cooking.

Jonahtan Guevara – Technician. Jonahtan has worked in the HVAC industry for three years and earned his certification from Kilgore Community College, where he received presidential honors. He is a graduate of Arp High School. Jonahtan is recently married and has one child. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and friends and playing sports. Jonahtan also enjoys watching football, especially the Seattle Seahawks.

Michael Kelly – Senior Technician. Michael has a total of 24 years of experience in various trades, with over 5 years in the HVAC industry. In prior jobs, he worked in commercial sales and service, carpentry, and engineering. He obtained his HVAC license from the Everest Institute in Austin, TX. Michael has been married for 19 years and has 3 children. In his spare time he likes to fish and hunt.

Daniel Camp- Technician Daniel went to White Oak High School and graduated from Kilgore Community College with a certification in HCAV-R. He has been in the industry for 4 years, and joined our team in the spring of ’17. He has been married for four years and has a beautiful little girl that he loves spending time with. His hobbies include playing golf, watching football and golf as his favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers and Oregon Ducks!

Noel Arriaga – Apprentice Technician. Noel joined Aire Serv in 2016 and has four years of experience in various industries. He graduated from Vista College in 2016 and is a graduate of Longview High School. He likes to play soccer and to hunt in his spare time.
