The technician was great from the time he came by to assess the problem to the follow-up after installation of our new unit.   • “This weekend we noticed a fishy smell coming from our AC. We assumed it was possibly just the trash and cleaned out our cans and sanitized them. Unfortunately the smell didn't away. Laury asked me this morning to climb up on the roof and check to see if a FishNado hit our AC unit. NOT being a AC guy, I proposed I call the owner of Aire Serv of Red Mountain. He has been a valued AC/Heat service provider and friend of ours for well over a decade. I texted him this morning and he called me within 2 or 3 minutes of me sending my text!! Within a couple hours he was on my roof looking for any fish in our AC unit!! He called me at work and let me know that there weren't any fish in our AC unit and it was likely bacteria built up in our AC coils. He sanitized our AC coils went through a thorough multi step safety inspection and maintenance process and reported back our poor old 25 year old AC unit was going to live another day. Whoo hoo!! No More Mr. Fishy smell!! His promptness, honesty and pleasant personality has always been appreciated. He has provided service for well over a dozen of our friends/ family and they have always reported back with very positive feedback!! He is a amazing resource to know. Please don't hesitate to call Aire Serv if you have neglected your AC or need immediate help. Annual Service calls help too as plenty of major damages can be avoided if you catch them before they get outta hand! Thank you !! Laury and I appreciate your VERY much!!”
