Avante Unser was our service technician today. He was awesome! He checked our furnace from top to bottom, and then explained what he did. I did not know there were so many components to inspect on a maintenance run. I have never had all that explained by other HVAC companies. He was very thorough and courteous. He also smoothed over a minor communication glitch that we had with the company a few months ago. He is truly an excellent ambassador for Aire Serv, and for HVAC service professionals. Avante Unser came out to service our system. We are new homeowners and having been experiencing issues. he made us feel like we belong. Our system is 15 years old and no longer working. Avante took the time to educate us on what the current system is doing and what it would take to fix it or replace it. He was very educational and made sure we were comfortable in making our decision for replacement. We’re excited to see our new addition to the home.
