One of our service professionals will visit your home twice a year to provide a comprehensive Total Comfort Tune-up. The heating system tune-up is done in the fall/winter and the cooling system tune-up is done in the spring/winter. Your Advantage Plan will help keep your home frosty cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter.

How often do service professionals come and do maintenance on my unit?

A service professional will come out twice a year, usually once in the spring or summer and once in the fall or winter.

What does an Advantage Plan include?

  • A comprehensive analysis of motors, electrical, and refrigerant systems.
  • Clean sensors, check the heat exchanger for rust, pitting or any carbon monoxide leaks.
  • Thermostat, air filters, and ductwork evaluation to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
  • Safety components and control testing (check valves and pressure switches as well as voltage and wire connections) to verify operational conditions.

As an Advantage member, you will receive a 15% discount on any service the Aire Serv team performs on your unit. Couple that with our 24/7 emergency service, and your worries will become our responsibility.

What does “Preferred Customer Status” mean for me?

As a preferred customer, you receive scheduling priority. This means that if you have an issue or an emergency, we will make sure you’re at the top of our list of any urgent or waitlist that we have for service calls.

How much is the advantage plan to join?

Though the Advantage Plan is a great investment, it is not a high cost! The price of an Advantage Plan that covers both a gas furnace and a/c is only $189! Please call to begin your plan today.

How do I pay for the plan?

We take all major credit cards, check and cash. You can pay when a service professional visits your home or pay ahead over the phone.

How do I cancel the plan?

You can cancel your plan at any time by calling our front desk.

If I move, does my Advantage Plan move with me to a new home?

Your Advantage Plan can be transferred at any time! If your current Aire Serv franchise is unable to service your home due to your location being out of their service area, you can transfer your account to another Aire Serv service provider in your new area. You may also leave the Advantage Plan as an incentive for a new buyer of your home.
