Zach from Aire Serv did a tune-up on my furnace and I cannot say enough amazing things about him. He answered all my questions and he took great pride in talking about his job and the amazing company he works for. You can tell by the way he talks that he truly loves the work he does, it's not just a job for him. He takes pride in what he does. (For Instance) He accidentally broke a part while cleaning my furnace and he could of lied to me and told me that it was already broke but that is not the kind of people that Aire Serv and Zach are. I am so glad that I did my research and found them. I have been ripped off and Lied to so many times in my life, so to find a company that goes above and beyond for its customers is refreshing. Aire Serv and Zach are who I will come back to for all my HVAC needs and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services. Ben and Carisa are amazing!!! They are good, honest people that will truly treat you like family- the family that you DO like to be around ;). They are prompt, thorough, respectful and honest. Ben has spent several hours at our home(s)-the one we just sold and the new one. We needed late appointments since my hubby didn't get out of work until after 5:30. He gave us thorough information, our options, his honest opinion (which showed that he was not trying to nickel- and- dime us) and answered any and all questions we had. Carisa (his wife) is also very thorough, considerate and made sure we had all questions and concerns answered and further didn't pressure us into making any decisions. Aire Serv is locally owned HVAC business that has provided excellent service on two separate occasions. The Service Tech, Zack Enos, was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and what he would recommend to correct the problems. The company sent me a reminder of the appointment with a picture of the Technician. After the appointment, I received a complete review of the service provided with pictures of the damaged parts. What amazing service.
