Brian is the General Manager at Aire Serv and brings over 30 years of HVAC experience to the team. Since joining us in 2024, he’s been focused on building a strong team, supporting our technicians, and making sure customers receive honest, dependable service. Brian takes pride in doing things the right way and helping both customers and teammates feel confident every step of the way.

Kenedi is our Customer Experience Specialist here at Aire Serv who enjoys helping customers feel at ease from the moment they call. Since joining the team in December 2025, she’s been all about making the process simple, stress-free, and making sure every customer feels taken care of.

Zach is our Home Warranty Specialist, taking care of all home warranty clients for both Aire Serv and Mr. Handyman. He works closely with homeowners and warranty companies to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Zach enjoys helping customers navigate the details and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, so they feel confident and well taken care of from start to finish.

• Earned a EPA 608 Certified Certification.
