I was very impressed with the service with the company I called and they were at my house within a few hours. I had no heat the technician quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me several options to fix the problem with no pressure as to which one to choose, took pictures of my furnace and showed them to me and my husband, took the time to explain the pictures to us in language we both could understand. Will definitely recommend this company to other friends and family. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can not express enough the generosity this business has shown our animal rescue over the years. Paws in Jacksonville,Illinois is so very fortunate to have this place taking care of our needs. The technicians at Aire Serv are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and once they start working, they don't quit until the job is finished. Highly recommend them!
We had to choose a new HVAC company to check our furnace. It checked out fine except it really needed cleaned. We had that done and the air ducts cleaned. Thanks to Lonnie, Max and Rodney, our heating system should last longer. Great job guys! The Advantage Plan saved us a little money and we look forward to having our AC unit serviced and cleaned in the Spring.
