Local Emergency HVAC Service in Elmwood Park, Illinois

These folks are really impressive – at both technical work and management. I’d highly recommend them for HVAC duct and vent work. The manager Mario was very friendly and professional. He answered my initial questions clearly and provided a per-job quote promptly after a technician visit. This was a much better option for me than the higher and a bit opaque per-person/per-hour quotes that I received from two other vendors in oak park without adding much details on how they were gonna even fix the vents. Mario coordinated a technician visit promptly and the technician, Mark, was able to provide a reliable work plan after assessing the situation. All communication was clear and quick. During the work, Mark did an impressive job on both sheet metal repair and also in the register replacement. I’ve also added some captions on the photos posted with this review. These vents were cut open and taken out at hard-to-reach levels from a recent unrelated task and they were leaking a large amount of air into the walls. Mark did a great work even in those conditions. The new metal duct parts were connected to the old duct very well and the new duct parts were made with extreme care – clean edges, right angles, …. I’m most probably not using the correct vocabulary in HVAC industry here since my background is theoretical, but the idea is hopefully clear at this point. They somehow found adjustable registers with correct sizes through their internal contacts since I wanted to replace the old grill registers. I was previously struggling to find registers that are of good fit here from amazon and home depot. The register replacement also proceeded smoothly and all work were completed without issues.
