Local AC Repair Service in Old Mill Creek, Illinois

Wanted to give a huge thank you to Rob and then Brandon from Aire Serv of Lake Forest – Gurnee for getting my furnace vent cover replaced after it got blown off in bad windstorm in our area on 3/13. Their company was assigned to the service call I put in to the home warranty company I go thru, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome (this is true even though the job ended up not being covered under the warranty). It was a pleasure interacting with both Rob (on the phone) and Brandon (in person) to get the issue resolved as quickly as the elements would allow. On top of that, it seems we FINALLY have a heating and cooling place we can trust to help keep us and our pets comfortable regardless of what mother nature throws at us (which is something I've wanted so desperately since purchasing this house back in February 2008). Most definitely a win-win for us, so thank you again Rob and Brandon. I look forward to working with your company again in a few months for the maintenance check on our air conditioning unit.

Brandon of Aire serv of Gurnee did a phenomenal job on getting my heater back and running after it stopped working. He came and diagnosed the unit to ensure there was nothing else wrong with the unit besides the blower. He quoted me three different options including swapping out my older unit. I decided to replace the just the blower at this time. He ordered the part , picked it up and installed it. Price was reasonable and was done quickly. Highly recommend.

I called Aire Serv for a tune up and Amanoueel came out and was super helpful! He turned on my humidifier, changed my filter, and fixed my heating/AC controls which weren't working properly. I also asked him a ton of questions about my furnace and he answered everything with a smile. Nice guy and am definitely calling them back if I have any issues.

Our furnace broke down during a polar vortex in the Chicago land area. I placed a service request via AHS (insurance) on a Sunday evening. Something like 30-40 minutes later, Rob (owner of Aire Serv) called me to schedule an early morning appointment next day. Brandon (technician) arrived on time, was very polite and did a very comprehensive assessment: the furnace had multiple issues and needed a replacement. Rob connected with the insurance company to ask for a replacement, managed the paper work, got an instant approval and his crew (Bryan and Felix) came the following day to install it. Everything sorted out in less than 48 hours. Outstanding service!!! Highly professional crew!!!. Everything perfectly done. I do recommend Aire Serv!
