We’re pretty familiar with the whole gambit of issues that arise with a new duty station and living accommodations, and things never go as smoothly as you hope. What makes everything better when you do have things go poorly is finding quality service professionals that can just fix the problem! Chase was the technician that was dispatched to fix the tankless water heater in our new to us home. He kindly worked around our crazy time table, showed up as scheduled, fixed our problem quickly, explained everything in a way that didn’t feel like a used car salesman trying to pull one over, and was reasonably priced compared to the competitors. We almost never have the comfort level that comes with a word-of-mouth recommendation from locals because we hardly ever live any place long enough for that to be a possibly, but it has made me more likely to leave a comment for the companies that really stand out.
