I am a new homeowner and knew it was time to get my furnace inspected, so I called Aire Serv for an appointment. My parents have used them for years, so I knew that they have a good reputation. Andrew was my technician, and was very thorough with the furnace inspection. He also mentioned that my water heater needed attention immediately as it appeared that there was a carbon monoxide spillage and some calcium deposits on the pipes connected to it. I really appreciate Andrew’s honesty (and saving my life as well).

This company is amazing. They are very professional and thorough in their work. They do not pull your leg. My technician (Andrew) helped save my life by noticing that my water heater (which is near my furnace) had carbon monoxide spillage. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Jefferson City!

Michael of Aire Serve did an awesome job installing our new furnace, kept everything neet while doing the job, and when he left, it was clean. No trash was left behind. Showed me how the new humidifier worked replacing filters. He did a great job

You should be very proud of Bri, Michael and Will, they were very professional and VERY NICE. Michael and Will seemed to know what they were doing. Michael and Will cleaned up their mess and I was very impressed that they even brought their own trash can. Michael and Will made sure that all trash and tools were collected. Michael was very good at explaining the system and how it works. Michael answered all my questions and Patiently walked me through all parts of the system including the outside air conditioner. Bri was great on getting me updated and providing good information on time of arrival and etc. Tim did a good job of selling your product. I was a pleasure working with the whole team,Tim, Bri, Michael and Will. You should be very proud of the work they did and how awesome it was to work with this group. I have been doing business with Aire Serv for years and they have been great. The service technician Marshall is amazing and very informative. I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner unit and the installers Will and Michael were quick and did a fabulous job. I would suggest this company to others.

Very professional and courteous. Marshall Rea, our tech, is a very nice person and knowledgeable at his job. Great conversationalist and just a pleasant individual all around. I highly recommend AirServ and Marshall as your technician. EDIT: It won’t let me post another review, so I will update this older one. I had a check up today, and the tech was not the usual Marshall Rea (fantastic tech!), but Andrew Sturtevant. Just like Marshall, Andrew is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just a pleasant person to be around. I am starting to suspect that Aire Serv only hires those of the utmost character. Aire Serve of Jefferson City did a great job servicing our airconditioning unit. From the guys who came out and diagnosed our problems, Andrew and Jimmy, to the guys who did the work to fix it, Will and Michael, we were very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. They did a great job and I highly recommend this company! I'd also like to say thank you to Heidi. The communication she provided for scheduling the appointments was great! No waiting around for hours for someone to show up. She let us know when the technicians would arrive (within a relatively small window) and the guys were always on time.

Andrew was very helpful & professional today with the heating tune up. In the end, he explained the recommendations he had for me & also gave me a heads up on what they’ll be doing next time during the spring tune up, which I appreciated. He was very pleasant to work with. Thank you!
