The tech that came to our house to look at our furnace was very professional, personable, helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was sure to educate me on what the problem was, suggest solutions and future tips. He let me know about other services Aire Serv provides, which was great to know of. He spoke with my children who were so interested in what he was doing, I mention this because most service techs I’ve experienced with other companies do not interact with my children, who are out of their way but curious as the Aire Serv tech did. I have used Aire Serv for several years and I will continue to do so as I’ve always had pleasant experiences with them. I’ve recommended Aire Serv to friends and told them of my personal experiences with the company. I also appreciate the pleasant customer service agent that I spoke with when making my appointment, she also called me to let me know the tech was on his way to our house. Our son has a disability which requires 24/7 care. Yesterday we noticed the air conditioning in his condo was not working. We had just purchased the unit and with the purchase a home warranty. I contacted the warranty company and they gave me a few names of vendors it uses. The first two had bad reviews, but Aire Serv of NE Ohio had excellent ones. And now, I know why. I called and left a message. Not long after Mike returned my call. He was unable to help us directly, but worked his magic and got a hold of another tech ( Julius) who was on his day off. Julius agreed to travel over an hour to fix our son’s air conditioner. He knew his stuff, was very professional, and got the job done. Thank you both very much for going above and beyond to get the air conditioning working again so our son can return to his condo on Monday.

Overall the best experience I have ever had with a repair technician. Mike came out to my house early and diagnosed the problem. He was able to find a motor in our area and completely replace the systems without delay. My AC was back up and running before dinner was done. In addition, he provided me with suggestions to improve the air quality and efficiency of my system.

We have been more than happy with Aire Serv! We had a major problem with a brand new boiler that we bought from Aire Serv. The company refused to help us by standing by their product. BUT AIRE SERV replaced our boiler at no cost to us! They said they were no longer going to sell the that companies product! Now that’s how all businesses should be run!!
