Aire Serv's technician, Ryan Gretsinger, made the repair to the roof top unit followed by a multipoint safety inspection in which catastrophic failure of a major heating component was identified. Ryan's attention to detail prevented the continued use of an unsafe furnace eliminating the chance of causing injury to the tenants relying on the heating system. Aire Serv's process exceeded our expectations and outperformed other commercial contractors who have serviced our equipment in the past. Daniel's Aire Serve is the best HVAC Company. Installed our furnace and A/C unit over 12 years age. They have serviced it in the spring and fall for the seasons. Julius was very polite, respectful, and showed issues he found that needed attention. Highly recommend!. Fall maintenance, so we're ready for cold weather. HUGE shout-out to Aire Serv and their incredible technicians, Hamdi Nefzi and Gordon Miller! We had no heat and ultimately had to purchase a new furnace, and these two went above and beyond to take care of us. Their attentiveness and urgency made all the difference. Because of them, we are safe today—they discovered a carbon monoxide leak that could have been absolutely devastating. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care ensured we stayed comfortable and protected during this brutal cold. We are beyond grateful for their dedication and kindness. God bless them for the outstanding service and sincere concern they showed for Randy Wuerfel and me. Our new furnace will be installed on Thursday. In the meantime, our water and electric bills will be out of this world—four electric fireplaces, a gas fireplace, two oil heaters, and water dripping to keep the pipes from freezing. It’s been a rough January for the McDaniel-Wuerfel family, but we are staying warm and, most importantly, safe.

My wife and I lost heat and it was going to be 15 degrees that night. He has a heart of gold and took care of us so we didnt have to suffer through the weekend in the brutal cold. This is a great company to have them service your hvac needs.

We first called Aire Serv about 7 years ago when our furnace went out on Christmas eve. They got up and running and subsequently replaced it later that winter. We later had our A/C replaced and have always been satisfied with their service for the preventative maintenance work.
