Beyond Happy and I highly recommend!!! Aire Service installed a Heating and an A/C unit yesterday. From the beginning to the end, Gordon, Nick, Wayne, and Chad were very professional, considerate, responsible, and informative. They definitely take pride in their work. It is so refreshing to work with people like them. I worked in Commercial property management for over 25 yrs., in California and have dealt with so many people in business that don't even begin to come close to this company. Thanks to AireServ’s generous support and sponsorship of our local baseball recreation program, I was able to cross paths with AireServ of Wooster. I am traditionally a “do it myself” kind of home owner and when my furnace stopped working over night, I found myself “YouTubing” to prepare fixing an issue I had no business attempting to fix. Thankfully, when I decided to lean on Gordon with AireServ, he was there (on Easter Sunday) to provide me with answers and trusted solutions. He scheduled his office to call and schedule a service call for us. The very next day, we were scheduled and set to see our technician (Ryan) who was friendly, honest and very professional! Ryan was able to identify what I assumed the problem to be as not the problem at all. Not only would I have waisted time repairing things not needing repaired, but I would not have identified the true problem. Luckily, Ryan had everything needed on site and was able to get us back up and running THAT DAY! The time saved, hassle saved and professional repair was well worth the minimal expense! HUGE shout-out to Aire Serv and their incredible technicians, Hamdi Nefzi and Gordon Miller! We had no heat and ultimately had to purchase a new furnace, and these two went above and beyond to take care of us. Their attentiveness and urgency made all the difference. Because of them, we are safe today—they discovered a carbon monoxide leak that could have been absolutely devastating. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care ensured we stayed comfortable and protected during this brutal cold. We are beyond grateful for their dedication and kindness. God bless them for the outstanding service and sincere concern they showed for Randy Wuerfel and me. Our new furnace will be installed on Thursday. In the meantime, our water and electric bills will be out of this world—four electric fireplaces, a gas fireplace, two oil heaters, and water dripping to keep the pipes from freezing. It’s been a rough January for the McDaniel-Wuerfel family, but we are staying warm and, most importantly, safe.
