Aire Serv recently installed a new Burnham Steam boiler in our house. The experience was perfect. Workmanship outstanding and customer service excellent ! We are so happy we chose AireServ and highly recommend them !

It was good. The service person took the info left by another company and used it very wisely and helped get the furnace working properly again after a few years of not working properly. We will use them again for next season when our furnace will need a Fall checkup.

I called AireServ after hours on a Friday Night when our furnace shut down. They came out within 2 hours and got us up and running again.; The tech, Joe Locke, showed us how to reset the unit if it happens again, which it did. We'll have AireServe order new parts, but in the meantime, our house is staying warm.

Jonathan was prompt, professional and gave a lot of good information both on the results of his inspection as well as on some things we knew we needed done. Jonathan repaired our AC units and associated thermostats on the spot without issue. Ryan, who shortly after performed our AC duct and dryer vent services, was prompt, communicative and friendly. He and his team worked diligently and cleanly and got the job done right and within the promised window. We will definitely continue using Air Serv for our needed repairs and ongoing maintenance! I would highly recommend Jonathan, Ryan and Air Serv - they have been great!! UPDATE in November 2024 - Chayne from AirServ installed a split AC and Heating system for us in our sunroom. He was efficient, effective and courteous and all was done in the timeframe estimated and within budget. AirServ for the win once again - I highly recommend!

After having a couple other technicians/services come over the years and never having an answer to our old systems inability to heat or cool the house evenly- Aire Serve came and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Joe was excellent to work with, explained what was wrong and how to fix it. They were transparent about costs and services upfront and overall extremely helpful when we needed speedy but accurate service!!
