Long before we became an established name across Southwest Connecticut, our A-rated company was just a big dream fueled by immense determination and grit.

In our early days, Brian and his wife, Denise, balanced three part-time jobs apiece just to make ends meet and lay the groundwork for this business.

During those intense early years, their young daughter, Caitlin, would even hang out in the backseat of the family car while they swept commercial parking lots right here in Fairfield, CT.

That relentless dedication eventually became a lasting family legacy.  

Today, we’re preserving the close-knit workplace culture that sets us apart. By stepping back to manage the business strategy rather than just tackling daily field repairs, Brian has built a cohesive, high-performing squad focused on serving our local communities.

Brian’s educational foundation includes completing an intensive, state-certified HVAC curriculum at the Technical Careers Institute from 1992 to 1993, which directly qualified him for his state licensing.

  • Trane 20i True Variable Compressor Systems: He is a fully certified installer and technician trained to service these complex, ultra-efficient units.
  • Carrier Green Speed Systems: As a factory-approved technician, Brian is qualified to install and tune high-performance climate systems.
  • Mitsubishi® Authorized Dealer Status: Brian holds specialized technical expertise and training in Mitsubishi® ductless mini-split heat pumps.
  • EPA Universal Certification: With the highest level of federal certification for the safe handling of refrigerants, Brain and the team are very eco-conscious.

This deep well of knowledge trickles down directly to our senior field staff. For example, our licensed senior technician, Bill, joined the company in 2014, bringing nearly twenty years of industry experience and an EPA 608 certification to our clients' doorsteps.
