Kristin Severson from Aire Serv North Wedt came out to our house after our inquiry for a new Air Handler and Furnace. After inspection we sat down and she discussed the scope of work with us very clearly and gave us an estimate before she left but requested that she needed to check something out at the office before confirmation. She sent us a written estimate within the hour (with no change to her verbal one) which we accepted because it was very favorable. Their installers came three days later and removed the old unit in very little time and had the new one installed and tested within two and a half hours. The installers were very clean and everything was left in a ship-shape condition. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had 2 furnaces inspected (function and safety) just recently. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional, explaining the operation and also the safety aspects of the furnace. He also provided a couple of recommendations for better operation of the AC units.
