Local AC Repair Service in Glendale, California

After a week long heatwave, my a/c failed in the middle of the night. I had a newborn and my mom staying in a condo that suddenly could not get cooler than eighty-four degrees. I called Aire Serve based on their yelp reviews. It was three a.m and I booked an appt for 9-11 that morning. Michael showed up on time and quoted me for the repair. He did not have the part to complete to repair, but thought he could obtain it the same day. Sure enough, he did and came back to make the repair that afternoon. The price seemed fair. I may have been able to get a lower price if I shopped around, but the service I received from Aire Serve was top notch. Would definitely use them again, although I hope I won't need it for a while.

Michael is awesome! He will go above and beyond! He will help you troubleshoot and very helpful to solve my problem.

In late August/early September, I called Aire Serv because our AC badly needed a yearly check. My folks at home do not use the AC and the last time it was used was three years ago. No wonder why it's not working! Now, the reps from Aire Serv called me for my 8-10am appointment and I was still sleeping so I didn't answer. They called my Mom's number but she wouldn't answer bc she doesn't know that she has an appointment! (I forgot to tell her it's the AC repair lol). Anyway, Michael, the technician, still came and knocked on our door. He went inside with his pink booties and had a diagnostic test on our AC unit. Since our house was built in 2004, the AC unit has been here for 16 years. He climbed up the ceiling, did his thing, and came back with the diagnostic test. We needed a new filter and needed to clean the AC unit. He did everything impeccably and explained to me what was done. He also scheduled a follow up 6-month check for the AC. Thank you so much Michael! You helped me and my family when we needed the most! (This was the time when it was super smoggy in LA and CA because the mountains were burning everywhere) Anyway, thanks again! Until the next one!

Just want to say that I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I have received from Aire Serv of Pasadena. Their customer service is without a doubt beyond anything I have ever experienced. From speaking with Lauren on the phone and having her treat me like a VIP to the wonderful service I received from Michael and Frank…simply the best. Recently during the over 100 heat wave, my air conditioner died. Lauren was able to send Michael out the very next day to get my air conditioner up and running. Can't say enough about what a great feeling it is to know this company will do what ever it takes to keep a customer happy. I am an Aire Serv customer for life.
