Our geothermal water furnace went down during the middle of a very cold spell in mid February on a weekend! Aireserv sent Gary right out Saturday morning to fix our problem. Because we put the furnace in when we built our home 30 years ago, we knew it was probably ready to be replaced. Gary assessed the situation, ordered a new furnace for us, but came right back Monday to give us a temporary fix until the furnace came in. Nick and Wayne were the technicians who installed the furnace. They were professional, friendly, and did their job well. Gary came the next day to adjust our new thermostat. Airserv also coordinated the people to check our pumps and pipes. We couldn´t have been happier with the way Aireserv has treated us from the gals in the office to the technicians they sent. All were very neighborly.

Aire Serv's technician, Ryan Gretsinger, made the repair to the roof top unit followed by a multipoint safety inspection in which catastrophic failure of a major heating component was identified. Ryan's attention to detail prevented the continued use of an unsafe furnace eliminating the chance of causing injury to the tenants relying on the heating system. Aire Serv's process exceeded our expectations and outperformed other commercial contractors who have serviced our equipment in the past. Aire Serv has been taking care of my furnace and air conditioner for about 5 years now, and they are always on top of things. From setting up appointments and sending reminders, to ensuring that the supplies are on hand, to quality service. Mike Pack and Julius, his trainee, were the techs that provided the maintenance on our unit. They were very professional, courteous, kind, and thoughtful. They set us at ease about the process, instructed us on what is needed, told us the price up front, were diligent in their work, and didn't try to sell us on anything that wasn't needed. They were honest and very trustworthy. The suggestions they made were very helpful and were great suggestions. Mike is a wonderful trainer, as he ensured that Julius was instructed as needed, but for the most part, he allowed Julius to perform the task at hand. I believe Julius will be a great asset to your team. He is very thorough, paid attention to detail, and wasn't afraid to look to Mike for suggestions or advise. Thank you for taking care of our units, but more importantly, thank you for taking care of us.
