We had our A/C breakdown on us; of course on a heat advisory day. We called Ameristar and they sent a technician out. Dalen, he was amazing. Very professional, courteous and nice. He helped us get it up and running and was very polite when asked a bunch of questions, and answered them all so I felt comfortable. He is good , an asset to any company!!
