  • What started as a small inconvenience with our heater’s performance turned out to be a symptom of a larger concern. Kyle was amazing.   • I highly recommend Aire Serve and Parker. We had a different AC company come before and could not fix the problem after being here for 5 hours. They recommended a plumber and tearing into sheetrock. Parker found the issue in 10 min., and it did not involve tearing out sheetrock or a plumber. Parker produced pictures and video before doing the work and a written estimate. He not only fixed our issue, he thoroughly inspected both units insuring reliability. Finally I thought the bill would be over $1000, it was much less!! Great company, very knowledgable!

Polite & Respectful workman made sure to address all my Hubbie’s expectations for the finished look.The attention paid to the finishing touches shows the difference between a good and a great company. I felt secure and comfortable durring the entire process from the financing to the details of the finished product. Salesman Kyle was very knowledgeable.He understoond our concerns and found us the best system for our home and our wallet.   • The technician and adviser that came to my house were very professional, friendly and quick to answer any question that we may have had. The home adviser did not pressure us to buy a unit that we would not have needed. His recommendation for our new system was spot on and it keeps our home very comfortable.   • We have been so happy with Aire Serv! Today especially was a great experience! Parker was our technician, and he was amazing from start to finish! I was running late from work and he was willing to wait for me to get home, and then was extremely informative, personable, and helpful. He took photos of everything and showed me any concerns along the way. He saw that our outdoor unit needed cleaned badly, and spent extra time to make sure it was perfect! I am very impressed!   • The sales man was very professional, matter of fact and not pushy or negative about other companies. He didn’t play games with pricing as others did. The install guys were very professional and courteous and worked in an orderly was so as to not mess up our house inside. the only negative is that the sales rep told me that all the heat strips would be connected properly, but the install guys said an electrician would be necessary to do that.
