WOW! I cannot say enough great things about Aire Serv of Central Texas! We recently had our very old unit replaced with a high efficiency, amazing new unit! I knew that I would need help financing a big project like this, within minutes I was approved and we began the designing process. Byron took measurements of our home so that he could recommend a couple of options. This entire team took elite care of my families needs to prepare us for a comfortable summer. Noah, Matthew, Steven and the entire installation team were amazing! They put down drop cloths to protect my floors, they cleaned up every bit of dust that was left. I ran into a problem with my electrical but Aire Serv stepped in, contacted the needed electrician and took care of everything for me without me having to find the solution. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful, honest, hardworking AC and Heating company. They treat you like family, and reply with ma’am and sir. They are true Service Professionals! Edit – On Friday, 7/23 we had a small problem with our AC pulsating so hard that it was making the walls vibrate. I called Aire Serv, they immediately put me on the schedule for next day, yes, Saturday to take care of the issue. The indoor unit had a small 3 inch piece of foam in the blower. He not only showed me the piece of foam but also educated me as to why the unit was pulsating and also gave me some tips on how to prevent debris getting the unit the future.

Byron from Aire Serv came and took me through the whole process of determining what we needed, exemplifying their philosophy of customer value, and getting me (what I believe was) a very fair price on a system. It was a bit nicer than I was originally looking to get, but they have financing that made it worth the extra $30/month. Good people doing it the right way. System going in next week!

I've been using this company for couple years – service has only improved from great to excellent! Their professional and BRILLIANT technician, Donny, serviced my system and installed my new filtering/purification air quality system. Donny is absolutely brilliant, highly intellectual and skilled (years of experience/knowledge)! He really took the time to explain how it all works, especially when he was helping me evaluate the new filter/purification system. Donny is gold and most likely represents what the rest of the company and professional team are like as well! Thanks, Air Serv!

We have a complicated system and Marc comes out to maintain it. He is wonderful, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Emmy in Customer Service is outstanding as well. She’s friendly, sweet and always helpful. These guys do outstanding work. We just love them. I highly recommend this company.
