  • Having had years of issues with dust, debris, allergens, and recently discovered mold infiltrating my HVAC unit, despite hyper diligence with filter changes, house cleaning, and servicing by other HVAC companies, Aire Serv came to give a 3rd quote for what I believed would help. Dave came and took time to listen to my complaints, then spent the time with me to adequately inspect the system, including the duct work throughout the attic, and finally identified the source of years of distress and increasing medical concerns. They took my urgency seriously and scheduled the technicians to come in just a couple of days. The completed work was absolutely thorough and professional, with results immediately noticeable. The cost was very fair and I can’t say enough good things about the people and service I was provided. My only disappointment is that none of the companies I’ve previously hired had the integrity to actually diagnose and correct the failures made when the system was installed, instead just selling me useless services that would never actually make a difference. I’ll definitely utilize Aire Serv for any future service needed. They have literally improved the quality of life in my home and I am so very thankful.

  • Donny was fantastic, as was the rest of the staff I worked with! With his 28 years of experience (second generation HVAC worker, to boot!), he identified what was wrong and explained what he was doing and why. I also needed help installing a thermostat, which he did deftly. I’m pretty curious and he didn’t mind my extra questions, engaging me when he wasn’t up in the attic or outside. Having been in our attic, he maneuvered his way around so quickly! The communication the company offers to ensure you are aware and arrival times and pricing is seamless, too. Additionally, in a “non-upselling” kind of way, he made me aware of two things that should be fixed in the future to avoid damage to the house (from construction short cuts). Very professional. I’m booking with them for biannual servicing and requesting Donny!

  • AC to main part of house went down, called Aireserv and got quick response. Kyle came out next day and had problem located, and repair part ordered. Waited for part a few days and received call on day and time for repair. Kyle had me running in a matter of a couple hours. This is second time I have used Aireserv and have not been disappointed, professional, friendly, answer all questions and give full upfront knowledge before doing anything. Highly recommend and will use them again when time comes.

  • This was for preventive maintenance on two of our systems. I was in the computer maintenance/ customer service industry for my job before retiring after 35 years. I understand why preventive maintenance is so important so we make sure to keep up with our heating and cooling maintenance. Previously we had Charles come out for our service and have been very satisfied. Recently Charles trained Parker and this is the second time to see him (this time on his own). Parker did a very good job and actually started with asking if we had seen anything different as far as either usage or anything else. He did the maintenance on our main unit and then on our split unit in the large shop. Everything checked out fine and he discussed all the things he checked and said if we had any issues to please let him know. I also talked to Emmy in the main office and got some other info that I was curious about. She was very helpful and was the one that actually setup our appointment for this service. We have not had anyone at AirServ that was not professional and prompt if a follow-up was needed. Very highly recommend Air Serv for anyone looking to either get new system or do maintenance on an existing system.
