  • Joe Martinez, my service tech, had a job before mine that lasted 9 hours. Still he got to my house at 6:30 pm. and had my problem repaired by 7! Both of us were very happy my A/C was a simple fix! New service review. Dale wheeler was my tech this time. He installed an expanded air quality system on my a/c today. He came early and was finished in less than hour. Very happy! New service review. Adrian installed a new capacitor in my a hvac system. Glad to have it. Good job.

  • Parker Hallmark did a wonderful job getting the parts put on the air conditioner. He checked it and also checked other parts to make sure we won’t have problems . He was very concerned that we knew what he was doing and double checked that it was working before he left. Parker is a great man we believe he’s the best repair man we’ve had.   • First speaking with Aire Serv both Mandy and I want to say her name is Deborah maybe Donna, I apologize for not remembering off hand, we’re very respectful, courteous and professional. The technician, Ryan Nelson, that came out was awesome! He helped and educated me so I could better understand more about my HVAC and what exactly he is checking, etc. I like that he is straight forward and does not try to get you to buy something like most businesses do. He is very professional, seemed caring and funny. Ryan was very helpful and I hope to see him again come fall for my fall maintenance check. I am now a member with this neighborly company where I get two free maintenance check ups a year plus 15% off parts and other neighborly companies.
