Mark is the proud owner of our HVAC company and the driving force behind everything we do. With decades of experience and a deep commitment to quality and integrity, he’s built more than just a business—he’s built a family, both at home and at work. Mark is a devoted husband to Donna and proud dad to their daughter, Kola. Outside of work, he loves camping, being involved with his church, and spending time with his family. What means the most to him? Seeing his team grow, succeed, and deliver top-notch service every day. Mark’s leadership is grounded in faith, hard work, and a genuine care for people. -
Tanya
Office Manager aka Chaos Coordinator
Tanya keeps everything running like clockwork as our Office Manager. From coordinating schedules to making sure nothing slips through the cracks, she’s the go-to person who holds it all together. When she’s not keeping things smooth at work, Tanya enjoys relaxing motorcycle rides with her husband and cozy movie nights with her kids. She loves being near the water —it’s her favorite place to unwind and recharge. Tanya brings a calm, caring presence to our team, and we’re lucky to have her. -

General Manager & Resident Comedian
Chad is our General Manager and the guy who keeps the wheels turning—both in the office and on his motorcycle. Known for his quick wit and endless one-liners, he’s our self-proclaimed comedian (and honestly, we agree). When he’s not leading the team with energy and heart, you might find him doing ballet in the rain with his kids—yes, seriously. Chad brings a perfect mix of leadership, laughter, and genuine care to the crew. He believes in hard work, good humor, and never taking life too seriously. -

Team and Social Media Coordinator
Meet Amy, our multitasking powerhouse and proud mom of four! With a heart as big as her to-do list, Amy wears many hats in the office—juggling admin tasks, scheduling, team support, and event planning like a pro. On top of that, she’s the creative mind behind our social media presence, keeping our online community engaged and inspired with her fresh ideas and relatable content. Whether she’s organizing chaos or crafting the perfect Instagram caption, Amy keeps everything running smoothly—and always with a smile. -
Sonny
Service Manager & Resident Fred Flintstone
Meet Sonny, our Service Manager—also known around here as “Fred Flintstone.” With a sense of humor that goes back to the Stone Age, Sonny keeps things rolling (sometimes literally, thanks to his trusty dino-powered ride). While he may claim “no HVAC experience,” he’s been surviving since 1.5 million BC—so we figure that counts for something. Fun Facts: ?? Dino Operator Extraordinaire ?? Hates Barney (the purple one too) ?? Loves Wilma (obviously) ?? Still trying to install central air in a cave Whether he's troubleshooting a system or cracking a prehistoric pun, Sonny brings humor, heart, and just the right amount of Flintstone flair to the team. -

Marketing Manager & Creative Spark
Kay is the mastermind behind our marketing magic. From big-picture strategy to the little details that make a campaign pop, she brings fresh ideas and a splash of bold personality to everything she does. A few fun facts? Lemons are her favorite fruit (she swears they make life zestier), she’s the only redhead in her family, and if dragons were real, she’d already have one as a pet. With her creativity, curiosity, and just the right amount of fiery flair, Kay keeps our brand bright, sharp, and full of life. -
Tamee
Customer Service Rep & Animal Lover Extraordinaire
Tamee is the heart and soul of our customer service team. She’s always ready to help, offering a friendly ear and top-notch support to our clients. Outside of work, Tamee’s passion for animals shines through—she’s fostered over 100 kittens and, at home, her big fur baby Lulu (a 120 lb Bernese Mountain Dog) steals the show. Tamee is also the proud mom of three amazing kids and grandma to three beautiful grandkids. With her caring nature and big heart, she truly makes our team—and our customers—feel like family. -
