    Keith was born and raised in Cleburne, TX. After graduation, he attended Hill College and currently resides in Granbury. He is married with 4 children. His family time typically revolves around baseball because most of his boys have played at a competitive level. Most people don’t see that he has a silly side to him but sometimes he will even make up words to describe something whether the word exists or not. Many times though it’s a real word that used in the wrong context so, it makes his stories sound ridiculous. Keith has been in the HVAC industry since 1988. He started his 1st company in 1998. When asked why he chose Aire Serv, he said: “I really enjoy helping people and customer service is a pet peeve of mine. It irritates me that the service industry lacks service and my goal is to put service back into the service industry. I chose to partner with Aire Serv in March of 2009. By being part of a national franchise with proven business principles and practices that are taught by Neighborly, formerly the Dwyer Group, I have learned how to properly own and operate a small business. In addition to the principles, Neighborly has laid out a Code of Values that we strive to live by daily as we touch the lives of our clients.”

    Esteban is from Lake Havasu City, AZ. After high school, he went into the military. Later he went to a trade school where he received his diploma in HVAC and got his NATE certification. He has a wife and 4 kids. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, gardening, and beekeeping. When asked why he chose to join the Aire Serv team he said: “it was because of the structure.”

    Donna is from Fort Worth, TX. After high school, she attended college and worked in an office until she graduated. She began to work in the restaurant business and eventually moved into a management position there. When she’s not at work she likes to travel. She also loves making candy and gardening which she learned from her mother. She remembers having a sleepover at her cousin’s house, which had a pool, when she was around 12. There were 6 girls and one by one they started going inside to sleep. She woke up by the back door drenched from head to toe. They decided she must have gone swimming in her sleep. After that, her Aunt Fannie didn’t allow backyard campouts. Donna has been in the HVAC industry since 2007. When we asked why she chose Aire Serv, she said: “All of us know that Keith and Kara appreciate our efforts. They tell us but more importantly, they show us in many ways, day in and day out. I think this is why we have the quality of happy people working here. The team I work with is amazing. Everyone is motivated to provide top-notch service and to grow our company. We are very structured which makes everyone’s job easier because there are very few gray areas. There is also the fact that the owner works harder than any of us!”

    Carol is from Graham, Texas. After high school she attended college. She is married and has 1 daughter. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Carol is a dog lover and has 3 fur babies. Carol has been in the HVAC industry since early 2019.     Jennifer is from Granbury, Texas. She has been married for 21 years and she has 3 sons and 1 daughter. She also has precious twin grand babies, 1 boy and 1 girl. She loves photography and crafting. Jennifer has been in the HVAC industry for 2 years. When we asked Jennifer why she joined the Aire Serv team, she said it was because "we are family oriented, honest and loyal to clients."

    Charles was born in Hobbs, New Mexico. He joined the navy where he spent 2 years at sea on a Guided Missile Destroyer. He attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University where he majored in electronics engineering. He also has an associates degree in computer maintenance technology. He and his wife have 3 sons, 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren. When he's not working he enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, cowboy action shooting and cookouts with friends. He also loves his time being "Pops" to his 3 grandsons. Charles has been in the HVAC industry since 1995. When we asked him why he chose to work with Aire Serv, he said: "I have worked for several employers over the years and recently I researched companies that I would enjoy working for instead of having a job where I didn't respect the culture or the company policies. Aire Serv of Granbury appeared to be a good fit for me but I actually interviewed with Keith twice before I decided to make the switch. It was the best decision I could have made for several reasons. Aire Serv is the best company I have worked for because (1) the owner truly cares about the internal and external clients (2) the team that Keith has assembled is by far the best I have had the pleasure of working with (3) the structure and resources available through Aire Serv puts them far above the competition in regards to providing our clients the best solutions for their home comfort needs, and (4) the technical and soft skills training, access to tools and resources that are needed to stay on top of the ever evolving HVAC industry."

    James is from Riesel, Texas. After completing high school he moved on to trade school. He is married and has a daughter and a son. He enjoys old trucks, hunting and watching his daughter play sports. He is very family oriented and loves spending time with them. James has been in the HVAC industry since 2009 and with Aire Serv since 2010. When we asked him why he chose the Aire Serv team, he said: "I chose to work with Aire Serv because of the code of values that we deliver to our customers every day. The team we have to work with is there to help you from every aspect whether it's needing help in your personal life or on the job. They provide training in areas that you feel you need help in along with personal growth. They develop leaders who will stand right beside you and make sure you're comfortable."

    Jose is from the Rio Grande Valley town of McAllen, TX. After he graduated, he joined the US Army. This became his career for over 20 years. He has a degree in computer science from Central Texas College. He started his own handyman business before deciding to go back to school for HVAC. He went to Vista College for this education. They use the National Center of Construction Education and Research training program and teach with a mostly performance-based education. He has been happily married for 24 years and has 3 kids. When not working, he loves fishing, diving, and gardening with his wife and daughters. Jose has been working in the HVAC industry for 2 years.

    Corey is from the Dallas area where he received an associate's degree in applied science. He is a certified DISC personality trainer and a John Maxwell Team Certified trainer. While in school he studied business management, electrical technologies, and HVAC. He is married with 5 kids and 3 grandkids. His hobbies are photography, psychology, and reading. Corey loves to have fun and told me a great story about his 1st ski trip. He said he was pushing in too hard on the toes of his skis and did a forward aerial but managed to land on his feet. The only problem was that he didn't know how to stop! He went right into the parking lot only to be stopped when he ran smack into the clubhouse! When we asked Corey why he wanted to work with Aire Serv he said: "I believe in the vision."

    Joe is from Canyon, TX. After he graduated, he went on to Texas A&M University where he received a degree in communications. He is married and has 2 sons. He is active with the high school band and cub scouts because of his boys. Other interests include golf and rock hunting in local riverbeds. Joe has been in the HVAC industry since 2018. When we asked him why he chose to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “Aire Serv is the type of company that honors its moral code. I love the professional service they provide on a daily basis. With the great leadership, Aire Serv has it will continue to grow and I want to be a part of the growth.”
