I was having issues with one of my HVAC units that two other companies had incorrectly diagnosed and replaced parts that did not fix the issue. Frank at Aire Serv quickly found the actual problem and its finally been repaired correctly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Aire Serv is the best in the area.

JW Meeks was our service technician from Aire Serve. We had an emergency outage and the company was able to make it out the same day which was greatly appreciated especially during freezing temps. JW was extremely knowledgeable and professional upon arrival. I can tell he has had a long and busy day but he was very polite and was able to identify and remedy our issue almost immediately. I would highly recommend the company and I am personally going to request JW as my regular service technician.

Dakota did a great job all around: diagnosed the issue outside at night, came up with a solid quick fix while waiting on a new part and came back to install the new part all within 48 hours! Very happy with the results-thanks!

Jimmy Prock is a Senior Technician with Aire Serve, Huntsville. I must say that in my many years Jimmy is the best HVAC technician I have ever worked with. He has set the highest of professional and technical standards for himself and other technicians. Dedication to his work is unmatched. 100% customer service and satisfaction is his primary objective. Jimmy is very much process oriented, including thorough inspection, quality control consisting of a multiple list of checks and balances, and workmanship to the identified exact statement of work. Upon completion of the work which improved greatly the efficiency and safety of our HVAC system, Jimmy followed up via text the next day just to check to ensure our satisfaction. Jimmy is the most and best role model for all to emulate.
