Local Furnace Repair in Lowell, Arkansas

I had a great experience with Aire Serv and would recommend them to everyone! My situation involved a punctured AC line in my roof (due to roof replacement), which was in a hard to reach spot. I called my normal (well known) AC company (where I have a yearly maintenance/service plan) at 9:00 am and was told they would be at my house in the afternoon to fix the problem. They finally showed up around 7:45 that evening to take a look. Immediately they told me that there was no way to fix the puncture, which was a lie, and that they needed to run a whole new line for $3000, plus $900 for freon, and of course fees and taxes. I told them I needed a second opinion because I didn't want to run a whole new line and couldn't understand why they wouldn't patch. They told me nobody would do that and they run new lines all the time (I'll bet they do – for that price). I called 4 other companies the next morning and Aire Serv was the only one who could come out that day. They told me the time range, sent notifications along the way, and showed up at my house right on time (a bit early actually). DJ showed up at the house and within 20 minutes had a solution which basically was a patch of the line. He told me that he needed David's support and that David would be at the house in 45 minutes (which again David was right on time), Once David arrived, they told me the plan, the costs, and said it would be fixed that day, which it was, for a fraction of the cost and none of the headache I would have encountered with running a whole new AC line. DJ & David were awesome and I asked for details on Aire Serv's yearly maintenance plan, which I will be switching to in the near future (as soon as my prepaid maintenance plan runs out in the fall). Again, if you want honesty, quick support, and GREAT communication, then go with Aire Serv.

Aire Serv came out and performed a valuation of our HVAC systems. The tech was nice, professional, and on-time. They took care to make sure sure they were covered and clean. What I really appreciated was the true evaluation he did. He told me the status of the systems and then his recommendations, but absolutely no questionable up-sell – just an honest evaluation. Knowing the character of the owners, they have been able to pass this along to their team and it shows.

My AC went out at 5pm on a 90° Saturday. I immediately started making phone calls to every HVAC company I could find online. Aireserv was the only one that that could come out that evening to fix my air conditioner. Brendan arrived in the pouring rain a couple hours after my call. We had to wait out the rain storm, but he was so polite and so professional. Once the rain stopped, he was able to get out to my unit and diagnose the problem and get it repaired quickly. I was able to sleep that night in a cool house and appreciated the sense of urgency from this company. I highly recommend Aireserv and Technician Brendan!

Service was great, knew what he was doing, very clean, explained all work being done, had a great attitude would recommend to all my friends. Cost for repairs very fare.
