  • My wife and I are very pleased with the work and the service Aire Serve provided. When our old A/C was fading and grunting we got estimates and had to decide which of the three companies would meet our needs and provide the best product and value. It was a tough call. We chose Aire Serve because they did a more thourough house inspection and evaluation of what would meet our needs. All the estimates were similar in cost, but we feel we ended up with a superior system. We want to thank Tanner for the time and thoroughness he spent inspecting and educating us on our needs and options . The service date was set without delay and Kyle and Colby arrived as scheduled, and just in time, as our unit was now just blowing air. In 95 degree days! They were removing the old unit by 8:30 and worked all day in the unit closet, outside on the compressor, and under the house with the wiring, pipes and ductwork. They ended up staying 2 hours longer than projected. A special thanks to Kyle and Colby for their hard work in the hot weather outside the house-and inside! My wife was so thankful and pleased that she was able to walk into a cooled house for the first time in four weeks! Doug and Lisa Penny

  • Very thorough inspection of air conditioning outside fan compressor unit and upstairs (hot) attic unit. Sad news is how much it will cost to repair, but I got two other quotes that were just as costly.   • Once again, Charlie saved the day! My AC went out and he came out to perform a work around to keep me going until we can solve the root issue. I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered my pig’s name when I reminded him that she would be in the yard, and was highly impressed with how he handled an incident with her (apparently, Cabbage got under the house while he was working and he lured her out with honey roasted peanuts that he had in his van.) All in all, 10/10, highly recommend.
