My technician Juan was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. He performed a thorough check of the heat exchanger & confirmed there were no cracks. He checked the CO level & inspected the appearance of the flame to be sure. Getting the second opinion saved me a lot of money & gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Aire Serv & will be calling them again for all of my HVAC needs.”

My husband and I understood and was planning on replacing our entire unit in the spring. I was super impressed that I received a text message with my tech's picture, name and a little description of him. Though I never met him, the text made me feel that I knew him already. Justin also followed up with me with a phone to let me know his time of arrival. Well needless to say in the middle of an August heat wave, a few days before a big party and out of town guests arrival, it stopped working! Aire Serv was able to come out and install a brand new furnace and ac unit 2 days later! Justin, Dion and Josh arrived early to install my system and was gone before my out of town guests arrived! I highly recommend them.”

  • “Exceptional all around service! I contacted Air Serv of Newark on a very hot Monday morning in July because i was having issues with my central air. The girl who answered the phone was enthusiastic, polite, asked all the right questions and scheduled. Service tech to come out that day to my surprise. They sent me a text with the tech’s picture and information about a half hour before he arrived. He also called me to let me know he was on the way. Juan showed up with his son, Juan ( in training). They were friendly, polite, professionally dressed, wore shoe covers in my house they were even nice to my dog. They asked a couple questions and got right to work. They resolved the issue quickly. And even though it was a simple issue with the setting on the thermostat, they never made me feel bad about it. Since they were out they did a diagnostic check of my whole system and shared the results with me. I received an email with my invoice within moments of them leaving and a separate email from the office checking on my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Air Serv again and would highly recommend Juan & Juan. They are an example of what true customer service should be.”

I called Aire Serv and with in 1 1/2 hours they sent a technician out to me. Juan Diaz arrived. He got immediately to work and found the issue. The “A”coil was froze up. He did some more checking inside and outside the house. Outside he discovered that who ever replaced the outside condenser motor fan had put it in reverse. It was spinning the wrong way. He fixed that and found the capacitor was also shot. With out even hooking it up to a volt meter he could tell it was bad. Once he hooked it up, he was indeed correct. After servicing the system with Freon and bringing all the numbers where they should be. The air conditioner was pumping out nice cold air. Juan was courteous and knew was he was talking about. I would absolutely call the company back and especially ask for Juan.”

They came back in April 2018 for preventative maintenance and at that time they wrote me a quote for a new hot water heater.
