  • “I had a problem with my furnace on a cold winter night. Called at 1130pm and immediately spoke to a representative who scheduled service between 7-9a the next morning. The technician, Jackie Martin, arrived promptly at 710a and diagnosed the problem shortly after. Jackie had to order a part and returned within an hour to replace it and have my furnace up and running. Unlike other companies, I was not told I needed service that was not needed nor was I charged a ridiculous price. Great job Aire Serv!”

We called a few companies who were in no rush to come out for a couple hundred dollars (prices quoted without even seeing our 3 year old unit!). A friend recommended Aire Serv- I called and Nick was out within 2 hours to diagnose and fix our problem for an extremely reasonable price. He clearly explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.They were prompt, respectful, and provided great service! He took the time to professionally explain exactly what he was doing throughout the service work that he preformed. Scooter also gave me an opportunity to see what was going on inside of my system's ductwork with a video camera that he uses while cleaning the ductwork!   • “My Technician came out he was 2 minutes early. He diagnosed the problem with my heater called in and got authorization through my home warranty company and fixed the problem the same day. He worked with integrity and kept me informed of what he was doing the whole time he was here. Being a business owner myself it was all of the little things the technician did when he came in that was greatly appreciated and that would make me call him back before I looked for anyone else. He identified himself as soon as he came to my door, he placed a temporary door mat and put on boot covers to protect my carpet as he went in and out of my house. Once he completed the work he set my thermostat and vacuumed out my system. Its the little things that make consumers happy and help businesses to grow. We appreciated the care he took in respecting our home by placing a mat at the entrance. Jackie was very friendly and had full knowledge of our system. I also purchased maintenance contracts for both the new & the old systems. Last week's polar blast saw my kitchen half (old system) under 50 degrees.Call, tech arrived about an hour later. Diagnosis frozen condensate coil and pipes.Jackie went beyond the call of duty-searched for and found heater,extension cord;returned when advised a cup+ condensate water discharged, to turn unit on.
