Communication with all staff members has been outstanding. TIme will tell how durable the Mitsubishi electronic equipment being installed holds up. The AIRESERV staff is taking great effort to keep my house clean and were helpful moving heavy boxes to get to ceiling installations.

My technician Justin was great and he is very smart and fixed my hvac issue.

Bryson was an excellent representative for your company. He was thorough and educated me about a couple of things regarding my heater.

I called Aire Serv to get the no charge 'second opinion' regarding my Skuttle humidifier due to my dissatisfaction with the diagnostics results from another contractor the day before, which cost me $138.00 with NO positive results. Robert Stickley did MORE diagnostics today in the first 5 minutes than yesterday's guy did the entire visit. Mr. Stickley is knowledgeable, very friendly, and he was able to answer all my questions. Unlike yesterday's guy, Mr. Stickley didn't try to sell me a new humidifier but rather, he offered suggestions on what I could try first BEFORE resorting to complete humidifier replacement. For some reason, the system worked fine while he was here, so not repairs were done today. System started acting up again after he left so I have ordered a new water solenoid valve, but if that doesn't fix the issue, I will most likely replace the old Skuttle humidifier and will DEFINITELY have Aire Serv do the work. Thanks again

Excellent and fast service. A few weeks ago for my dryer vent cleaning in which they discounted my service since my neighbor and I were both getting it done. Young agile kid jumped over my bannister and climbed on the roof and was done in a jiffy. Then came to fix my WiFi thermostat .. Jesse stayed to make sure it was in working condition. Very please and will use them for my yearly maintenance/emergency issues. Reasonably priced. 12/9/24-had another great encounter. Didn’t realize I had already written a review years ago. INTEGRITY IS TOP TIER! While out here servicing my heater, the tech inadvertently snapped a wheel and was broken. Josh could have left it there without telling me as it didn’t affect its function. But he told me, they ordered the part and came back out the following week to replace it. I also had my AC replaced summer 2024. Clay was a good salesperson. Provided the best option for pricing and financing over their competitors. I am very pleased with the company!

I’ve been using AireServ for years. Always prompt, communicative, efficient, and speedy service. The technicians take pride in their work and go through everything with me in detail before and after an appointment. Chris performed the service today - he was prompt and efficient.

Air Serve and their technician Rich T. were great. They gave transparent time frames on arrival, were professional and courteous, and quick to find the issue with our heater and then fix it. Great experience.

This was our first time having our furnace serviced since we moved here. These guys are great and he pointed out everything that he was going to look at and he took great care of our furnace. He also gave us the best quote for our humidifier that was wrongfully installed by the previous owner. Kind and courteous. Listened to my concerns, reiterated them to check that he understood and was careful to avoid stepping on the plants that specified were important. Issue was minor enough that nothing had to be done, but he did what little he could to make it perfect

Unfortunately, I had to use the service due to the fact that my hot water unit failed. So as depressed as I was, I was fortunate to have Mitch Wessell come out to service the unit. He was fourth right and broke it down very plain. He had his supervisor also explain my circumstance and options. He took the time needed for me to be comfortable with making a decision to replace my unit so even though it was a costly experience, it was also a great experience. Thank you, Mitch.

Was pleasantly impressed with the quality and professionalism of the Air Serv Installers. Not only was they organized they were finished with a full HVAC system installation 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Extremely satisfied with the over all work done on this 27 degree day. In addition Jenny the office manger followed up with a phone call the next days to insure that everything was to my satisfaction. Great costumer service Air Serv. Will be recommending your services for those in need of a HVAC system Maintenance or upgrade.
