I appreciate he doesn't get upset with my fur babies though I do try to keep them out of his way, though this doesnt always work,when he is doing his business. Craig was my service tech and he came out to do maintenance on my furnace for the winter . He was so nice and explained everything to me so I understood what he was doing as well as let me know about a few things I need to do regarding some dust cleaning. Anyway he was fantastic, knowledgeable and just a real nice person to talk with!
