  • “I received a call that the technician was on his way. The technician arrived within 20 minutes of that call and he was friendly and very helpful. He did a good job and was done in within an hour and a half. Technician explained everything that he was going to do and when he was finished, he shared that everything looked good. He did ask me if the deal I purchased included replacing the furnace filter and the humidifier pad. I told him that it was my understanding that it did. Technician shared that he had the pad but not the filter and would have one dropped off later. After he left, I got a call from a member of the office staff letting me know that the deal I purchased did not include a filter. After I looked over the deal, I replied to her email with a copy of the deal and that I thought replace the filter meant that a new filter would replace the filter that I have. I followed up with a call and it was shared that 'replace the filter' only meant if I supplied the filter, the technician would replace it and that the Aire Service website has new filters available to order and it would be shipped. I answered, no thank you that I buy and replace my own. The deal was a good deal and the service was excellent. My only request be that for future deals the 'replace the filter' would also document that Aire Service does not supply that filter and that it only means that the technician will manually replace a filter that you have supplied. Regardless of that one oops, I would recommend Aire Service for heating and air conditioning services.”

The prices for the recommended repairs are a little steep, but I did not feel pressured to get them immediately after I said I wanted to talk budget with my husband first. Our tech was friendly and polite and I would be happy to have him do our next tune-up too!”

I just happened to have gotten an email from Amazon Local and they had a special on a spring cleaning and 1 lb of freon. I called and scheduled an appointment with Aire Serv. The morning of the appointment, I got a call saying the tech could come out earlier. He came out, explained (as well as showed me) what the issues were, and corrected them. He also educated me on what to look for if things start to go bad and preventative maintenance. I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend.”
