Carlos Carrasco arrived on time to perform maintenance on our five heating/cooling units. He was alone which made me wonder if he could do all the work himself. But my worry was totally unfounded. He got to work immediately and was finished in a couple of hours. Not only was he quick, but he was courteous, the area of work was left clean, and of course he was professional in all of his work. I hope he can come again when the need arises. Happy Thanksgiving to Carlos and all the Air-Serv staff!!
