I was very happy with the service and they were able to make time to stop and check my furnace. I really appreciated Joey who was very professional and helpful and didnt at all seem perturbed by my sitting and watching everything and asking lots of questions! This review is for the installation of a 48KBTU Fujitsu Mini-split system completed in November, 2024. We could not be more happy with this installation. Cole showed up promptly for a combination “system design” and quotation. He spent about an hour with us in detailed discussions on what we wanted, and what options were. After sitting down with his tablet for about an hour at our dining room table, he had the system design and a very competitive estimate. Later, he helped us find an equally competitive electrician. The back office helped with financing (0% if paid in 18 months), and scheduling, responding promptly to telephone calls. Quaid and Patrick showed up bright and early on installation day and immediately set to work installing all the elements of our system. Our system included several different types of air handlers. The team was neat, covering all floor surface with protective drop cloths and floor carpet, and cleaning up the entire work area at the end of each day. The work was thorough and high quality. The exterior fixtures were all installed square and level, and well-secured in the attic. There was no damage do our existing plaster work, and no holes to patch. The overall job took 4 full days, during which time Quaid and Patrick worked steadily and efficiently as a team. The last day, which included the final installation of cooling lines and the outside condenser was cold and miserable, with a steady rain and temperatures just above freezing. The team worked cheerfully and patiently through the entire day, none-the-less, and performed a careful and unhurried test and review of the final system. I would highly recommend AireServ, and would definitely hire them again (if I needed another system installed, which I don’t expect to need for a long time).

Hi everyone, we decided to have mini splits put in our home since all we have to depend on is a boiler. They came out estimated what units we will need for the square footage of our rooms and gave us a quote on all of it when we decided to go with them they made our appointment it was suppose to be a 2 day job but managed to get everything done in one day. Isaac and Kayne came out to do the job they we’re really good at what they were doing. Now we are enjoying the warmth without having to use the wood up. We recommend Aire Serve of Kalispell they knew what to do without hesitation. They installed them without a hassle they definitely had the knowledge and knew what they were doing. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for us you are definitely recommended. Thank you so much.

Cole was very informative and explained everything very well. The two installers Isaac and his partner (forget his name) worked steady all day and were very professional.

Air serve was the second technician to come to my house for the same problem. The first one could only guess the problem and air serve was able to know exactly what it was with measurements and why. In the course of the service, he also gave me a different recommendation I could do to seal up my air return to get cleaner air in my house because when my house was built, it was installed poorly. Lastly, the total price was a lower price than the company that had worse service.
