Aire serv sent tech Ben hunt, I can tell he really knows his business. Seems to be a top troubleshooter. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. Kept me in the loop on his progress, turns out wasn't good news, as it is 107 degrees out and I only have one unit. I hope everyone else in this approval chain cares as much as Ben about customer satisfaction. Follow up review: New repairman came next day To fix what Ben discovered, I was hoping I got Ben but instead had Axel show up to do the job. Another sharp honest guy. He was right up there with Ben. Has been a long time since I have seen such good customer service. Did not look to over charge for anything as is usual these days, in fact I feel like they saved me money. Knowledgeable competent honest guys. Had a brief discussion with Greg beforehand about replacing ac unit, no pressure, would make sense if I planned on staying. Whoever does the hiring for this company should give classes. American home shield was fair and prompt as well.

Axel was professional and made It easy to understand what the issue was with our AC, he was polite and is a very hard worker. The company as a whole was very efficient in getting back to us and relating the cost of the repairs and listening to our concerns. We would recommend them highly

Axel was not only on time (at the very begging of the time window! – that almost never happens!), professional, personable, and friendly, like you will often read in reviews, but he was also happy he was able to service my HVAC. He said so himself. Mine was particularly challenging in that it wasn't easy to determine the issue, and he said he liked the challenge of figuring out what the problem was. I've never met a technician in any industry who didn't just want to find the easy (or the more costly) fix. He got the job done in a timely manner, but not "quick", as in rushed. He looked at all possible angles to make sure he had the right issue and the right solution. When I called AireServ, the person I spoke with was sympathetic to my situation, which did not include only the HVAC system going out, but the horrible timing of it. I called them on a Friday afternoon, after going through my home warranty company, and they called me back that evening, once they got through their red tape to schedule me for Saturday afternoon!! I thought I was going to have to cancel some very important plans, but Axel and AireServ made sure I don't have to! When they say they're a neighborly company, you can believe it's true 👍
