Local Emergency HVAC Service in South Monrovia Island, California

The NEST thermostat is a product new to me, so I will have to become better acquainted with its use. Aire Serv's representative, Vic, set up the system, explained how the unit functions and how to operate it. Unlike another HVAC provider I used in the past, Vic explained everything to me both verbally and visually with photos, taken in the attic, of my system's problem areas. When I didn't understand something, he went over it again with me. The immediate needed repairs were completed and we also discussed the future replacement of my AC unit and the anticipated costs involved. The office staff is very courteous and kept me updated of expected arrival times. Aire Serv was recommended to me by my contractor and I'm thankful he did.

Contacted AireServe at 1:40pm Saturday about a broken Ac unit. They had a technician out by 4:30pm with the problems diagnosed and resolved by 5:30pm. Technician Vic Kerasimian was brilliant throughout, polite, courteous technically outstanding and a great communicator and advocate for his company.

Andy was instrumental in me deciding to choose this service. When he arrived to do a walkthrough he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Andy was able to explain to me in great detail the company’s services in relation to my needs. I decided to move forward and scheduled the service. Andy and his colleague worked efficiently and communicated with me during the whole process. I am extremely pleased with their work. Thanks again!

This review is long overdue but that was on purpose! About June of last year, we had an inspection done by Michael with Aire Serve on our downstairs A/C system. During the course of his inspection, we about improving the air flow into the main living room. The long and short of it was Micharl suggested installing an inline duct booster. Although he has not installed very many units (in fact I think he said he had installed only one or two), he thought it might help. He did say that it could be noisy and may not push the air faster out the vent. With limited experience, he wasn't sure how it would work. He also explained that the booster does not take away or decrease the flow of air to other vents, it just pushes the air through faster when it goes out the other end of the booster. Something like that. Anyway, we asked him for an estimate and once we received it, we thought it over. Eventually, we decided to go for it. Wow! What a difference it made once it was installed! Not only is it NOT noisy, but it also really pushes the air out the vent! Can feel the hot or cold air at the other end of the room! Does a really nice job of cooling or heating the room, depending on the time of year. This is why this review was late in coming; I wanted to give it a full year's workout to see how well the duct booster works–and it does! I highly recommend that if you're having issues with anemic or low air flow through your vent or vents, I suggest giving this a try.
