Wow. From crisis to calm, courtesy of Air Serv. Dorin and his team were prompt, professional, courteous, and determined to make it right — which they did. Then a complete debrief with before and after photos. We are Air Serv customers from now on.

Honest Company Our heat was not working properly, (system is 5yrs old) so we called another company nearby to come take a look and give us an estimate for repair. The tech from that company came out, did an assessment, and said we had a compressor issue and suggested that we replace our entire condenser for a total of $6200. I called Aire Serv and spoke with Vic who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. I explained our situation and asked if he could send a tech to give us a second opinion. Not that I didn't believe the first guy…he was really nice and seemed knowledgeable, but boy am I glad I did my due diligence. The problem ended up being something much smaller (a leak and low Freon). Aire serve's techs diagnosed the problem, showed it to me, and then fixed the issue for 1/6th of the cost. Honest Honest Honest. We are so happy we called Aire Serv. Thank you Vic for your integrity and excellent service.

Technician Andy Duong came to our home to access our HVAC and heating system because we live in the Eaton Fire burn footprint and concerned with ash and soot contamination. I wanted to reach out to let you know how impressed both my wife and I were Andy. He was extremely professional, patient, thorough, and courteous. I have had other HVAC companies come to our home to service our equipment. It is unfortunate how the majority tend to attempt to sell you on additional services, warranties, and replacements that are expensive and usually not warranted. A few years ago I had one company who told me that my system (installed brand new within the last 5-6 years of the appointment) was on its last leg and should be replaced. Of course they would offer me a "deal" if I would sign a contract immediately. I consulted another company who told me my system was fine. With Andy, this was not the case. He inspected our system and recommended what should be done to ensure our unit was working properly, and would continue to work efficiently. It was later in the afternoon and servicing our unit would go well into the evening. He completed the job, did not rush, and left us feeling confident he did an outstanding job. My wife was so impressed that she purchased the extended service plan from AireServ (**with the condition that Andy be the tech that would perform the service**). Because of Andy, AireServ has won our loyalty and become our goto company for our heating and air conditioning needs… I had to contact the office and corresponded with Vanessa. I appreciated her responsiveness and attention to my requests.

From my desperate phone call with Tina, ("Oh no, my air conditioning has stopped cooling. I need a technician ") to the completed repair by Mike, the whole process was handled professionally, quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
