Our AC stopped working on a Friday night of an anticipated massive heatwave the first weekend of October 2026. I called first thing Saturday morning and left a message describing my problem. I got a call back quickly and by 9am a technician, Andy, was at my house. He was pleasant, answered all my questions, and quickly assessed the issue. He presented me with a clear description of the problem and then walked me through the necessary repairs. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything, and within about an hour the entire repair was done and our AC was back to working conditions, all for a reasonable price. In fact, it's now running colder than it was before! I'll definitely consider an annual maintenance plan and will for sure be calling Aire Serv again for any HVAC issues. In an era where customer service is rarely top notch, I'm so impressed by Andy and Aire Serv.

I’ve been this company for years almost since it opened, and they have never disappointed me. Originally a father and son team and now the son took the company over and his staff has been great. Air-conditioning broke down in the middle of a heat wave they sent somebody out named Andy who did a marvelous job the next day. He spent the whole day investigating what the issue was and resolved it. Great company

We highly recommend Aire Serv for your HVAC needs. We recently had our 2 HVAC units replaced in our home. The owner Vic was very helpful and really listened to what we wanted and needed. He spent as much time as we needed to make our decisions. They were very accommodating of our schedule, as we were doing additional work at the same time. We were highly impressed with every installer and technician. Andrew and Isaac were the installers and to our amazement nothing was damaged. We had both our units installed in our attic so it was not an easy job. Andy, Aric, Bryan, Chris and Isaac, the technicians, were all very knowledgeable, helpful, hard working, pleasant, and willing to do whatever we asked during the set up. The job site was left clean at the end of each day and the units work great. The communication with us, the office and the crew was excellent. A+++

He did a thorough assessment, explained to me his recommendations, and gave me some tips for how I could improve the AC’s function separate from the unit itself.
