I won't use anyone else but Aire Serve. Professional, HONEST, great prices and keep you informed through all steps of their process and share additional surprise findings before assuming that you would want to pay THEM for fixing it even if it's needed to fix the original problem. I love that part! Never surprise charges. Our reason for calling was for our tenant out back. Their AC stopped working and by the time the company arrived, the AC decided to turn back on and run smoothly lol, so the original issue, not being simple, was hard to diagnose at the time. We were charged only for a service call and he was here over an hour cleaning and inspecting. We were told to not touch a thing if it goes off again and to call the ASAP. Well, 4 hours later it shut off again. We called and he was back in 30 minutes. He was here for a couple of hours and all is fixed. YAY! Before starting their work, they share all their findings and explain all the charges with you. They are tidy, wear masks (COVID) and also wear company and name identifying logos on shirts. Their vehicles also have large logos on both sides. This visit was extra special, especially during this COVID this epidemic, finances are harder to deal with. I was glad that our tenants AC decided to work again, it's over 100 outside, yuck! But knowing that another service call would be near was worse :-( but, not only was this 2nd call affordable, he didn't even charge us on the return call. Now that's decency. Chris, the technician, was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit, explained everything clearly, and had the repair completed in no time. Chris also performed a full maintenance check to ensure the entire system was running efficiently, which gave me real peace of mind. I appreciated that there was no pressure to buy anything extra—just honest, high-quality service. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The technician, Vic, was courteous, kind, and went above and beyond my expectations. He explained everything to me, and was patient and knowledgeable. Very professional and would highly recommend Aire Serv!

These people were amazingly fast, professional, and helpful to us when our 100-year-old heater wouldn't turn on in the house we rent. When we couldn't find our landlord for help, we called, and Vic came out the same day to help. They charge a very fair diagnosis fee and then wave the fee if you choose to have them do the repair work. Vic had the issue figured out within minutes, and he showed us how to turn on and off the heater directly from the unit when our ancient push-button "thermostat" won't work. The next day, our pilot light went out for who knows why. Having no prior experience with this kind of thing, I first called the Gas Company for help, but they provided none. So, I called Air Serv, and they were gracious enough to walk us through how to relight it ourselves. Thank you, Vic. I highly recommend Aire Serv!

1/16/2019, Wednesday, Vic gives us a proposal with a clear scope of work, and pricing for exactly what we need, a furnace replacement. We place the order late Thursday. They offer to loan free heaters over the weekend. Monday morning the crew started, red booties, floor covering everywhere. By late afternoon, HEAT! Great company, high values, clarity, prompt, good pricing, no dirt, scuffs, or mess. Removal of old equipment and installation of new rapidly, professionally, courteously completed.
