On June 6, 2023 I had Aire Serv and the technician, Andrew, come to my home, and he cleaned out all the air ducts in my double wide, manufactured home! I must say I did not know what to expect, and after he was finished, I was simply Amazed! First of all the amount of cat hair that came out of my duct work and I don't own any cats. Previous owner allowed the cats to live in ductwork! I thought I was living pretty clean until I saw how much filth and cat hair that Andrew got up in his system! The ventilation system is so much cleaner I can smell the cleanliness in the house, and they look like they are brand new! This young man worked his heart out, and there wasn't a speck of dust left in my home from his visit! He was a joy to work with so very professional and kind! And he was able to point out a couple of areas in the ductwork that need to have attention down the road! Andrew was simply a wonderful employee of Aire Serv to have in my home and to provide services that were much needed! Thank you so much Aire Serv for the quality work you do and I just thank Andrew for his hard work And professionalism!

Lonnie Hughes completed maintenance on the HVAC today. He was polite and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed and Lonnie explained what needed to be done and we okayed him to take care of them. I highly recommend Aire Serv for work on your HVAC system and Lonnie as your professional technician.

Aire Serv came when promised, explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. They answered all of my questions and installed the new inside unit and outside heat pump in just a day. They even did more than they planned to do at no extra cost, and called me to say that my final bill would be less because there were some parts outside they priced in their bid that did not need to be replaced, so they would not charge as quoted. The job foreman came and inspected the installation and is sending the crew back over to fix some "minor cosmetic" things that were not perfect as they should be. They explained the CWLP rebate and filled out their part and had me fill out my part, gave me a stamped, addressed envelope to send the rebate. I hope no one has to go through the death of a central air unit, but if they do, I highly recommend Aire Serv to take care of it for them!

lonny was friendly and professional. he did a full check of our complete system and unfortunately had to bear the bad news of us needing a whole new unit. he was honest and had our best interest in mind. he advised repairs could be done but much sooner than later, a new system was inevitable. while he spoke in terms i did not understand fully, he made sure to break it down to where i understood the full extent. jered then followed after to get a layout of the house and fit us for the best ac unit and furnace. he was also friendly and professional in quite a bad situation. he was polite with my children and made them feel more comfortable with everything going on. though we did not wake up expecting the news we received, this company handled it better than i could have expected. thank you for also supporting our military services and offering a military discount.

Our heater went out on a Sunday afternoon and it was serviced and working again the same day. Colton, the technician arrived early. He talked to me and made sure I understand what was wrong with it. He made sure I know how much it will cost before doing the service. He also educated me on what to look for in the filter as an indication that it needed replacement to prevent future problems. Very professional. He also made sure to put shoe covers when entering our house which I appreciate.

Lonnie was professional, personable, and explained everything in a way we could understand. My husband and I actually learned more about how our current system works because of him. Offered a ton of options, like im talking over 5. We felt like he gave us all the information to make an informed decision and wasn't pushy about anything. Feels like a trustworthy place to get assistance from our interaction. UPDATE EDIT TO ADD: Lonnie assisted us in diagnosing our problem and then we had the pleasure of meeting Jered. Jered assessed what we had and helped us make a plan for what we needed. He was also super knowledgeable and accommodating. I feel we got fair pricing and now a company i plan to recommend to everyone. Lonnie and Jered were phenomenal. I could never imagine using a different company after our experiences with them. We still have some installing to do and we aren't even nervous. We have full faith they'll provide 5 star service then too. Im honestly floored at how well all of this went.
