Power blip knocked out the motherboard on our heater and Aire Serv had the best quotes around for a mechanic to come out for a diagnostic. Little did we know we'd get the most professional and personable mechanic we've ever worked with. Jacob was quick and accurate with his diagnosis. He explained everything he was doing, what he was expecting from a test result, what the result showed, and what we had to do to get things back in working order. Jacob did a fantastic job breaking down the cost and detailing the different payment options we had. 10/10 would love to have him over again! Preferably for maintenance and not an emergency fix.

On time, informative, thorough, extremely helpful, respectful of property – highly recommend Aire Serv's Pro Zack! They were sent out just for routine maintenance but Zack and Frank found out the previous company that had worked in my HVAC system before had the blower only running at 1/3 power! No wonder my furnace or AC unit would run forever! So happy they found and fixed that issue along with installing a slow start so the machine would stop having such a giant power draw when kicking in every time. No more dimming lights!
