Well, as luck would have it, Christmas is this weekend and weather is fluctuating- and our heater has gone out. I called Air Serv, and they were here within a matter of hours, working to get us back up and running. Our HVAC is original with the house, so it’s about 30 years old. They did warn us last year that we need to replace the unit as soon as possible, but I was hoping it would last till spring. Rather than giving us bad news at the worst time, they instead have ordered parts and are trying to help us get ready for what is to come as far as weather is concerned. They have been thoughtful, courteous, and extremely professional. From the office staff to the technicians, I have total confidence in their honesty and integrity. They have gone out of their way to help us, and I could not be more thankful for all the folks at AirServ.

Donny came to our home for our semi annual contract cleaning. He was professional and personable and knew his stuff. After he got done checking on everything he went over all that he did to make sure we understood. He also informed us on several other services the Air Serv has and we will be taking advantage of the Indoor air quality system and Donny will be out to install it for us.
