Starting from the phone call to ask for the service, the scheduling, confirmation by email etc very efficient. The two technicians that arrived were 100% honest and they told me that due to the kind of A/C system that I have in my mobile home they could not perform the full cleaning with their super vac, but instead they would use another shop vac and go each vent suctioning and cleaning as far as their hose could go and they showed me pics before vacuuming and after vacuuming each vent and the difference was awesome! Super honest, super dedicated, great technicians! They deserve a raise and the company deserve not only 5 stars but 10 stars ! I definitely recommend this company !

I first contacted Air Serve in March 2022 when I realized that birds were nesting in the dryer vent. They charged $319 (aka an arm and a leg), but did an excellent job. They arrived on time, handled the problem extending their ladder, and finished the job. They were polite, friendly, patient to explain the process and answer questions. They told me about their A/C and furnace maintenance program, and I called and made an appointment. They come once in the summer and service the A/C and one in the fall to service the furnace for a single and more reasonable price of $189 for both. The serviceman for the A/C service was Gauge Canale. He was a model employee. They should double whatever they are paying him. If you call, ask for Gauge! There is little more to be said about a business that has survived for 119 years.
