Local Emergency HVAC Service in Riverview, Delaware

Extremely happy with the service I received from AireServ! From the initial estimate, Dave was on time, friendly, very informative, and didn’t try to oversell me on things I didn’t need right away. He was quick to respond when I had a question a few days later. An appointment was made for a furnace install that worked perfectly with my schedule, and the technicians showed up exactly at the time promised. Paul and his team were also very friendly, they got straight to work removing my old system and installing the new one. Everything went smoothly and they were very respectful of my home. After a minor glitch the following day, I contacted AireServ very early in the morning, and they were able to have a technician come out that very evening as soon as I was available. CJ arrived, and instantly diagnosed the issue. He took the time to explain what happened and how he would fix the problem. He contacted one of the owners, who went out of her way on a Friday evening to bring CJ the part needed for the repair. CJ was able to have my heat running again in no time, and even went the extra mile inspecting lines inside and outside, and adjusted them as needed to make sure the new system was running at peak efficiency. I am very grateful for the whole team at AireServ for going above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with their product and service. Everyone from Dave in sales to service technician, CJ, and Sarah for taking time out of her evening to bring the part, when it could have been put off to the next day, has earned my trust, and I will continue to do business with them and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating or air conditioning services.

Mitch came out last Thursday for maintenance check up and he was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining everything to me and showing. He reached out to the office because we were going to need a new ac and furnace. He got us an appointment with Dave for Saturday afternoon. When Dave came out he was also very thorough and knowledgeable which was a very nice thing to see that he loved this company. Dave got us scheduled for today. Will and Alex were superior. They explained everything and kept asking if we had any questions. When I asked Alex about a cover for the ac unit for the winter. He suggested a few ways to keep the unit protected during the winter months. Will helped us to set up the thermostat using our phones and explained everything he did along with Alex. It's great to see workmanship in the employees and the company. Great job to all the hard working people that helped us when we needed it. Thank you

I recommend these guys highly for all HVAC needs. We lost AC during the heat wave and they came quickly, Jack our tech walked me step by step through the process. He found the problem, replaced the parts and now were good to go. He was professional, polite and very competent.
