A church member and his wife HIGHLY recommended Aire Serv to me after my AC went out. I had already replaced the compacitor outside after noticing a loud humming outside but still, no air was blowing through the vents inside the house. That’s what made me realize that there was a second part that needed repairing. I had no idea where that 2nd compacitor was within the indoor HVAC system and went weeks without knowing what to do next because most AC companies will inflate charges and customers pay them due to no prior knowledge of HVAC systems. However, this was not the case when the owner’s son, Jonathan showed up. Not only did he arrive almost 2 hours early, within 1 minute of asking me to describe what was going on, he was grabbing his tools. He was also very kind, professional and even listened to my talkative self yap the whole time! He just had that type of personality where he’s confident in his experience so customers are not only happy seeing their systems repaired, but his ability to multitask and be so understanding enriches the trust factor and you just feel comfortable chatting with him, feeling 100% comfortable that they will see the problem through before leaving. He even went above and beyond and check my coolant levels outside. All this took less than 35 minutes and I was literally asking where could I write a review, because my house was already ICE COLD. I thought I would never sleep comfortably again, until last night. Even my cats slept through the night for the first time in almost a month. If you want a company whose only concern is getting your service back on without trying to force you into purchasing a new system or excessively charge you, give these folks a call-I’m glad I did! As a person with a traumatic brain injury, being in excessive heat could be deadly for me. Best service EVER! Aire Serv was recommended to me by a church member who knows the owner, Ricky, really well. Well, son shows up first thing this morning and was SOOOOO professional, personable, kind and polite. He asked me to describe what was going on and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. He then went above and beyond in checking my outdoor HVAC and coolant pressures. The new capacitor he placed in the cooling part of my furnace had my AC blowing ice cold immediately after installing. After going so long without AC, Aire Serv is my new hero! I'm extremely happy with their service and if you want immediate service, call them up. Kindest, most professional folks you will ever meet. The fact that they don't try to "find" things to bill you for makes their service so valuable and worth it. I'm just so happy not to have to suffer through another hot night. These folks are LIFE SAVERS. TEN stars!

I had this great company come in and give me an estimate, they truly went out of their way to make it as least painful as possible financially as I needed an entire replacement of my HVAC system. The owner Rick, who organized the entire HVAC installation for me in my household, did an outstanding job. Myself being in the Building field and working with other contractors, I know a thing or two about quality and customer service as this was priority for me for my customers. Airserv gave us an awesome estimate and promised to replace the entire HVAC system. They did that including all the ductwork and all the equipment involved in Heating And Air Conditioning, the entire HVAC system is new in my home and what a difference it is making. They also added new ductwork to some rooms that had no ducts And that was the icing on the cake for me as my house feels very comfortable throughout. Thank you, Rick and the airserv team. Rick and his boys that work for him are fine contractors, professional, hard-working, and very respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed having them in my home for the three days they were here. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a complete overhaul, Repair or maintenance.
