My first time using Aire Serv. Great service, great men, and great experience. He came about an hour after I called them. Fast service and he didn’t mind working in this 100 degree weather either. Good job boys!

Had trouble with my heating and cooling unit again. Kelson came at 11 am and checked the outside unit, it turned on after being forced. Checked the inside unit, and found the culprit, transformer quit working, looked like it had been burned from an electrical surge. Kelson replaced the part and explained to me the steps he would take if the new part didn’t work. The new transformer worked! This is a great company! They hire wonderful people ! I would recommend Aire serv 100%

A church member and his wife HIGHLY recommended Aire Serv to me after my AC went out. I had already replaced the compacitor outside after noticing a loud humming outside but still, no air was blowing through the vents inside the house. That’s what made me realize that there was a second part that needed repairing. I had no idea where that 2nd compacitor was within the indoor HVAC system and went weeks without knowing what to do next because most AC companies will inflate charges and customers pay them due to no prior knowledge of HVAC systems. However, this was not the case when the owner’s son, Jonathan showed up. Not only did he arrive almost 2 hours early, within 1 minute of asking me to describe what was going on, he was grabbing his tools. He was also very kind, professional and even listened to my talkative self yap the whole time! He just had that type of personality where he’s confident in his experience so customers are not only happy seeing their systems repaired, but his ability to multitask and be so understanding enriches the trust factor and you just feel comfortable chatting with him, feeling 100% comfortable that they will see the problem through before leaving. He even went above and beyond and check my coolant levels outside. All this took less than 35 minutes and I was literally asking where could I write a review, because my house was already ICE COLD. I thought I would never sleep comfortably again, until last night. Even my cats slept through the night for the first time in almost a month. If you want a company whose only concern is getting your service back on without trying to force you into purchasing a new system or excessively charge you, give these folks a call-I’m glad I did! Thank you, Ricky! And thank YOU, Jonathan, for being so kind and arriving earlier than the appointment time and just going above and beyond. As a person with a traumatic brain injury, being in excessive heat could be deadly for me. With this increased heat around the corner, your service and repairs gave me back the quality of life I need to survive. I’m truly grateful. Thank you. 🙏
