Excellent service! I had a weird smell from the AC. The technician came on time and asked me important questions before taking a look at the system. He already knew what the issue was and where to look, which the last two guys couldn't do. He checked out the rest of the system too. He didn't try to upsell me, just gave me the options and let me decide. No pressure. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me on the issue I had and didn't invent new ones. Will definitely use this service again.

I had a great experience with Aire Serv, Wender and Matthew are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. Matthew took time to show me things in my system, educating me and pointing out things that really need attention. What I really appreciate is that they also showed me components of the AC system that are in great shape, appropriately accommodating my needs and not pressure upselling. Honest advice is hard to find these days, and I just found it!! Highly recommend Aire Serv. Also great communication, they keep you posted with text messages and email, love to receive information that the technician is X minutes away, just arrived, and so on. Another positive impression, when they arrive they have a nice door mat they put by your door with their company logo, and they put protective slippers on. The care in the details show why this is a 5 start company. Can't recommend enough.

These are my guys, 100 % .Listen to me . Jeff came out to my house very thorough, very knowledgeable and professional. My HVAC unit was very old. And of course, it needed to be replaced. That same evening Wender gave me a call and went over everything with me again. I decided to move forward.And i'm glad I did. Wender came to my house during the install to oversee the project. And stayed late on a Friday night.Came back Saturday to make sure everything was working perfectly. Aire is going to thrive if thay treat all customers like thay did me ! 10 out of 10.
